Technical field

The invention relates to a film release agent, in particular a shrinking food film.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Solutions are known for easily grasping the outer end of a thin wrapping film wound in a roll embedded in a container and for pulling the film out of the container.

JP 2000006962, for example, discloses a food container foil container comprising a bottom and a lid hinged thereto. The exit edge of the foil on the front wall of the bottom of the container is provided with a semicircular cut in the center of the exit edge. In use, the lid is opened first, and while the container with the roll of packaging film is held with one hand, the thumb of the other hand is placed over the opening to squeeze the middle portion of the packaging film against the edge of the opening. Upon release of the outer end of the wrapping film, the film is clamped between the thumb and the index finger of the hand, pulled out of the container and torn off the tear edge of the lid. Thus, the wrapping film cannot be damaged by the nail or the like, since the exit edge with the cutout is hidden by the closed lid of the container.

A solution according to JP2003095254 is made on a similar principle. It is a container for a plastic film for food packaging, with the film being dispensed in the side wall of the container. The cartridge has a lifting strap in the middle of the side wall which is separated from the wall by a U-shaped cutting line. The strip is formed as a lever rotatable by pulling on the lower edge of the strip around the upper end of the strip connected to the side wall, which connection forms the pivot point of the lever. The fingertip of the user's hand is applied to the back of the tape and rotated upwards to form a foil release, partially overlapping the tape.

US 5630563 discloses a hand-operated device for dispensing a selected strip length from a roll. The device has an upper and a lower portion, rotatably coupled, a metering mechanism, and is provided on the outside with a grooved portion for gripping the user's hands. The flanges of both portions define a small front gap in which the outer end of the film can be easily gripped and the outer end of the film can be pulled out of the container. When the user has pulled out sufficient material length, he squeezes the metering mechanism to stop further rotation of the film roll. At the front edge of the lower portion of the device is a trimming device by which the stretched length of the film can be separated. A free outer edge of the wound foil remains in the front gap, which can be easily grasped at any time.

WO 9747444 discloses a dispenser for dispensing wound paper products. The container consists of two rotatably arranged parts which can be fixed to each other by a friction connection. The flange of the upper part is provided with a central cut-out, the lower part then has an opening for hanging the dispenser and a cutting edge. The cut-out in the flange of the upper part and the flange of the bottom part create an outlet slot, the edges of the flanges of both parts on both sides of the slot then, when both parts are pressed against each other, the friction connection of the two parts. The drawn film is torn off, its outer edge remaining accessible in the slit.

All these devices are connected to the film containers, they are not separate and do not serve to find the end but rather to grip the end of the film.

CN 2156163 Y discloses a thin adhesive tape release from a roll and comprises a flat body attachable by toothed side portions to the roll. The expanded central body portion is provided with upwardly directed cutting teeth at one edge and an opening to release and lift the incomplete tip of the broken end of the adhesive tape at the other edge. This device makes it easy to locate and remove the broken end of the adhesive tape by tearing it apart so that the broken end of the tape is flush. The device is useful for locating and releasing the end of the adhesive tape. Also, this device cannot simply be used with food foil rolls to locate and release the outer end of the foil.

A device for releasing the end of a shrinking food film from a film roll is not known.

The only possibility is to manually find the end of the foil, to manually remove it and then use the foil to wrap the food.

The essence of the technical solution

These drawbacks are overcome by the proposed technical solution, which is a shrink-film release, especially for food packaging, formed by a cylindrical body with a gap between the two longitudinal ends of the body. The inside of the body has a roughened surface. The releaser further includes protrusions at the edges of both transverse ends bent outwardly from the outside of the releaser body 10 to define an exterior surface for easy gripping of the releaser by hand. In one corner, the release has a hanging hole and is made of one type of flexible material with a hardness ranging from 30 to 90 Shore A.

The releaser is simple in design, hand operated and allows quick and reliable release of the plastic food foil end.

Example of technical solution

The shrink-wrap food release 1 is a cylindrical body with a gap between the two longitudinal ends of the body having rounded edges. It is made of one type 20 of flexible material with a hardness in the range of 30 to 90 Shore A. The inner side 3 of the release 1 has a matt roughened surface. The release 1 further comprises protrusions 2 bent outwardly from the outer side of the release body 1 at the edges of both transverse ends to define an outer surface for easy gripping of the release 1 by hand. In one corner of the release 1 there is an opening 4 for hanging.

The release 1 is mounted on the roll of the shrink film, lightly pressed by hand to contact the 25 rolls and the bi-directional circular movement along the length of the roll of film is found and released by the rough surface of the inner side 3 of the release 1.

Industrial applicability

The release according to the invention is applicable in many branches of packaging products in thin wound foils, but in particular for releasing the ends of the shrinking food foil for packaging 30 grasses.
