Description
Systém uloženia a pohybu vložných buniek v obaloch na prepravu tovaruSystem of storage and movement of insert cells in containers for transport of goods
The technical solution relates to a system for storing and moving single-storey or multi-storey insert cells in containers for the transport of goods.
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Different containers, crates or boxes are used to transport different types of goods. If a large quantity of goods or goods of different kinds is transported in one package, container or box, it is necessary to separate these goods from each other in order not to damage them. For the separation of stored goods, fixed grids formed e.g. made of foamed material, cardboard and the like, by which the goods are firmly separated from each other. Multiple floors of goods separated by these fixed grids may be stored in one package, crate or box. Their disadvantage is that if several kinds of goods are transported in one package and the customer requests the goods stored on the lower floor of the package, then all goods must be unloaded.
For the separation of goods are also used. Sliding Wales, which is a system of movable insert cells stored inside the packaging. These movable insert cells are formed of a flexible plastic material or a non-woven textile material which is supported by spacers in the lateral guides of the packages. Up to several floors of movable insert cells may be stored in a single container, crate or box, and up to several cells may be formed on a single floor. The disadvantage of these systems is that on each floor it is necessary to create a lateral guide in which the movable insert cells are stored.
A common disadvantage of the prior art systems is that they do not allow compact larger parts to be stacked in individual columns on the floors and also that they do not allow floors to be intersected while maintaining the storage space of the storage cells in the adjacent column or floor.
Podstata technického riešeniaThe essence of the technical solution
The disadvantages of the known solutions for placing the insert cells in the containers for the transport of goods are eliminated by the system according to the technical solution. The principle of the invention consists in that the system consists of at least one column in which at least two floors of insert cells are stacked one above the other. These insert cells are displaceably supported by movable elements on opposite lateral bearing guides. In order to be able to fold the upper-floor insert cells independently to one side and to allow access to the goods stored on the second-lower floor, the side storage guides are arranged above the bottom-floor insertion cell of the first-floor. According to a first suitable solution, the movable elements are housed in travel profiles which are formed in one row on the inner sides of the lateral bearing guides. With some insertion cell systems, especially when the system will include multiple columns and multiple floors of stacked insert cells, it is desired that some insert cells can be fixed against movement. For this purpose, two rows of travel profiles are formed in the side storage guides, in which moving elements with insertion cells requiring fixation are inserted in one row and insertion cells without fixation are placed in the second row. The arrangement of the movement and fixation of the insert cells with two rows of travel profiles can be changed according to the requirement for the transport of goods.
An advantage of the technical solution is that the insert cells stacked one above the other in one or more floors and in one or more columns can easily be folded to one side of the system, thereby allowing access to the goods stored in the next insert cell on the next floor. The system also allows one or more insert cells on a single floor to be folded together to form a larger insert cell for accommodating larger sized goods. A further advantage of the solution is that it allows the insertion of parts which overlap from one insert cell to another. The system also brings savings in material and labor costs compared to the so-called system. Sliding Wales, since only two opposite lateral guides are required to guide the insert cells, which are located above the first floor of the insert cells.
Systém je možné použiť na prepravu tovaru priemyselného, napr. v automobilovom, strojárenskom, elektrotechnickom priemysle a pod., a tiež na prepravu potravín, liekov, hračiek a pod. tovar'.’The system can be used to transport industrial goods, eg. in the automotive, engineering, electrical industry, etc., and also for the transport of food, medicines, toys and the like. the goods'.'

Aby bolo možné nad sebou uložené vložné bunky I zložiť k ich jednej strane (k jednej pozdĺžnej strane 60 prepravného obalu 100), sú úložné vedenia 41 uložené nad dnom 1.2 vložnej bunky 1_ prvého - horného poschodia 10.1. 4). Vložnú bunku I prvého - horného poschodia 10.1 je tak možné, nezávisle na vložnej bunke v druhom - spodnom poschodí 10.2 zložiť k jej pozdĺžnej strane (pozdĺžnej strane 60 prepravného obalu 100), čo umožní vyloženie tovaru uloženého vo vložnej bunke 1 druhého - spodného poschodia 10.2. Tiež vložnú bunku 1 druhého - spodného poschodia 10.2 je možné zložiť k strane zloženej vložnej bunky prvého - horného poschodia 10.1. Keď je vložná bunka prvého - horného poschodia 10.1 zložená, je možné do vložnej bunky v spodnom poschodí 10.2 vložiť objemovo väčší tovar. Takto zostavené vložné bunky i sú hákmi 50 upevnenými na vonkajších stranách úložného vedenia 41 uchytené na vnútorné strany prepravného obalu 100.In FIG. 1 to 4, a transport package 100 is shown in which a single column two-storey insertion cell system is stored. The single column two-storey insert cell system consists of a single column 20 in which stack cells I are stacked on two levels 10, which are foldable to one longitudinal side of both insert cells (one longitudinal side 60 of the shipping container 100). These insert cells 1 are displaceably supported by movable elements 30 in the running profiles 40 formed on opposite sides of the bearing lines 41. The running profiles 40 are formed in one row. These storage lines 41 are also common to the insert cells in both levels 10.1 and 10.2. In order to be able to fold the superimposed insert cells I to one side thereof (to one longitudinal side 60 of the transport package 100), the storage lines 41 are disposed above the bottom 1.2 of the first floor insert cell 1 10.1. Insertion cell I of the first upper deck 10.1 and insertion cell I of the second lower deck 10.2 are housed on the one hand in the first movable member 30.1, while on the other hand the insertion cell I of the first floor 10.1 is housed in the second movable member 30.2 and the insert cell I of the second-lower floor 10.2 is mounted in the third movable element 30.3 (FIG. 4). Thus, the first-upper floor insertion cell 10.1 can be folded, independently of the second-lower floor insertion cell 10.2, to its longitudinal side (longitudinal side 60 of the shipping container 100), allowing unloading of goods stored in the second-lower floor insertion cell 10.2. . Also, the second-lower level insertion cell 10.2 can be folded to the side of the first-upper level composite insertion cell 10.1. When the insertion cell of the first-floor deck 10.1 is folded, it is possible to load larger goods in the insertion cell on the lower floor 10.2. The thus assembled insertion cells 1 are attached to the inner sides of the transport container 100 by hooks 50 fixed on the outer sides of the storage duct 41.
Postup skladania vložných buniek bude viac objasnený v nasledujúcom príklade štvorstlpcových dvojposchodových vložných buniek, znázornenom na obr. 5 až 17.The procedure for inset cell folding will be further elucidated in the following example of the four column two-storey insert cells shown in FIG. 5 to 17.
Na obr. 5 - 7 je znázornený prepravný obal 100 so systémom štvorstlpcových dvojposchodových vložných buniek. Takto zostavené vložné bunky sú hákmi 50 upevnenými na vonkajších stranách úložného vedenia 41 uchytené na vnútorné strany prepravného obalu 100.In FIG. 5-7, a transport package 100 is shown with a four column two-storey insert cell system. In four columns 20.1 to 20.4, two stacks of 10 insertion cells I are stacked one above the other in each stack, the individual insertion cells in each stack and stack being successively foldable to one side of the insertion cells (one side 60 of the shipping container 100). As in the embodiment of FIG. 1 to 4, the insertion cells 1 are displaceably supported by movable elements 30 in single-row running profiles 40 formed on opposite sides of the storage lines 41. These storage lines 41 are common to all the insert cells I stored in individual floors and columns. The storage lines 41 are located above the floor 1.2 of the first-floor insertion cells 1 10.1. The insert cells thus assembled are hooked to the inner sides of the shipping container 100 by hooks 50 mounted on the outer sides of the storage duct 41.

Zložením vložnej bunky druhého - spodného poschodia 10.2 prvého stĺpca 10.1 tak dôjde k posunu vložných buniek v stĺpcoch 20.2 až 20.4 na stranu zložených vložných buniek v stĺpcoch20.1 and at the same time moving columns 20.2 to 20.4 to the side of the folded insert cells. In order for the insertion of the insert cells in the first column 20.1 and the displacement of the columns 20.2 to 20.4, both the insert cells I are stacked in the first column 20.1 on one side in the first movable element 30.1, while the insert cell I of the first - an upper deck 10.1 mounted in the second movable member 30.2, allowing its separate assembly. The insertion cell I of the second - lower level 10.2 is accommodated in a third movable element 30.3, into which the insertion cells 1 of both floors of the second column 20.2 are simultaneously placed in one side. The composition of the second-lower floor insert cell 10.2 of the first column 10.1 thus shifts the insert cells in columns 20.2 to 20.4 to the side of the composite insert cells in the columns
20.2 až 20.4 na stranu zložených vložných buniek prvého stĺpca 10.1 (obr. 10). Druhá strana vložnej bunky prvého - horného poschodia 10.1 druhého stĺpca 20.2 je uložená v štvrtom pohyblivom prvku 30.4, čo umožní jej samotné zloženie (obr. 11). 14.20.2 to 20.4 on the side of the folded insert cells of the first column 10.1 (FIG. 10). The other side of the first-floor insertion cell 10.1 of the second column 20.2 is accommodated in the fourth movable member 30.4, allowing it to fold itself (Fig. 11). The other side of the insertion cell and the second-lower level 10.2 of the second column 20.2 is disposed in the fifth movable member 30.5. After the lower tray insertion cell 10.2 of the second column 20.2 has been assembled, the columns 20.3 and 20.4 are displaced as shown in FIG. 12. The insertion cells J of both floors of the third column 203 are simultaneously placed in the fifth movable element 30.5. The insertion cell of the first upper floor 10.1 of the third column 20.3 is, on the other hand, housed in the sixth movable element 30.6, allowing its folding itself. The insertion cell of the second lower floor 10.2 of the third column 20.3 is accommodated in the seventh movable member 30.7.
