BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In AT patent no. 374 377 discloses a known device for crushing agricultural products, comprising a housing in which crushing members are arranged at a different angle to the shaft with respect to the shaft. The disadvantage of this device lies in its complicated arrangement and the fact that the device is expensive and has a high energy consumption. The device is defective, its installation is difficult and has low power.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The aforementioned drawbacks are largely eliminated by a device for crushing agricultural products, in particular bovine feed, comprising a hopper with a cupboard inside the cupboard, an arc-shaped collection space surrounded by a screen, and wherein at least one crushing member is mounted on the horizontal motorized shaft. The principle consists in the fact that the crushing member is in the form of a rotating disc, on its periphery by means of cut-outs tooth-like elements are formed, which are alternately bent to both sides. The advantage of the proposed solution according to the invention is that the device for crushing agricultural products is structurally simple, has low energy consumption, reliable operation, easy assembly and high performance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The device for crushing agricultural products, in particular stalk feed, consists of a housing 1 in the upper part of which a hopper 6 is formed. Inside the housing 1 there is a take-up space in which a crushing member having a rotary shape is mounted on the horizontal motor driven shaft. a disc 3, on the periphery of which the toothed elements 4 are formed by means of cut-outs, which are alternately bent to both sides depending on moisture or oil content. Under the lower part of the rotary disc 3, in the lower part of the housing 1 there is an arc-shaped sieve 5, which surrounds the removal space from below.

The product to be crushed is poured through the hopper 6 into the housing 1 in which it reaches the toothed elements 4 of the rotating disc 3. These toothed elements 4 crush the product and the crushed product then falls through the screen 5 to a designated collection point.
