Abstract

The equipment consists of the box (1), in the upper part of which the charging hopper (6) is created. Inside the box (1), there is created the take out space, in which on the horizontal motor driven axle (2) the grinding element is fixed and this element has a shape of rotating reel (3), on the circuit of which the toothed elements (4) are created, via the undercuts, being outflanged to both of sides and it depends of the moisture or oil content how they are outflanged to both of sides. Under the bottom part of the rotating reel (3), in the bottom part of the box (1), there is fixed the sieve (5) surrounding the take out space.

Technical field

The invention relates to a device for crushing agricultural products, in particular stalk feed, comprising a hopper box and inside a housing a take-off space arched underneath surrounded by a screen, and at least one crushing member mounted in the take-off space on a horizontal motor driven shaft.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In AT patent no. 374 377 discloses a known device for crushing agricultural products, comprising a housing in which crushing members are arranged on the shaft at different angles to the shaft. The disadvantage of this device lies in its complicated arrangement and the fact that the device is expensive and has a high energy consumption. The device is faulty, its installation is strenuous and low power.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The aforementioned drawbacks are largely eliminated by a device for crushing agricultural products, in particular stalk feed, comprising a hopper housing and a cupboard enclosed within the box surrounded by a sieve, and at least one crushing member, the essence of which consists of in that the crushing member is in the form of a rotating disc, on its circumference there are formed by the cut-outs reverse elements which are alternately bent to both sides. The advantage of the proposed solution according to the invention is that the device for crushing agricultural products is structurally simple, has low energy consumption, reliable operation, easy assembly and high performance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The apparatus for crushing agricultural products, in particular stalk feed, consists of a housing I, in the upper part of which a hopper 6 is formed. Inside the housing 1 there is a sampling space in which a crushing member having a rotating disc shape is mounted on the horizontal motor driven shaft. 3, on the periphery of which tooth-like elements 4 are formed by means of cut-outs, which are alternately bent to both sides depending on moisture or oil content. Under the lower part of the rotary disk 3, in the lower part of the housing 1, a sieve 5 is arranged in an arc-like manner, which surrounds the removal space from below.

The operation of the crushing device for agricultural products will be described in more detail below.

The product to be crushed is poured into the housing 1 through the hopper 6, in which it reaches the toothed elements 4 of the rotating disc 3. These toothed elements 4 crush the product and the crushed product then falls through the screen 5 to a designated collection point.

PATENT CLAIMS Apparatus for crushing agricultural products, in particular stalk feed, comprising a hopper housing and a housing inside the housing, surrounded by a sieve underneath, and at least one crushing member mounted on the horizontal motor-driven shaft, characterized in that the crushing member has the shape of a rotating disc (3), on the periphery of which the toothed elements (4) are formed by cut-outs, which are alternately bent to both sides.
