Abstract

The equipment comprises four supports (92) placed in a steel frame (10), wherein on the first pair of supports the horizontal saw discs (3) are placed and connected to the drivers (1) by axles (8) through special matrixes (2) and on the second pair of supports the vertical saw discs (5) with determining ringlets (6) are placed and connected with the drivers (4) and, furthermore, the horizontal saw discs (3) and vertical saw discs (5) are adjustable toward each other in both the horizontal and vertical planes and, simultaneously, the whole system of all saw discs (3, 5) is adjustable at once in the vertical plane.

Je známe zariadenie na pozdĺžne delenie kmeňov drevín, rezom dvomi kotúčovými pílami upevnenými nad sebou v spoločnej reznej rovine, čo umožňuje rezať kmene väčších priemerov, ale iba v jednej rovine. Tiež je známe zariadenie na pozdĺžne delenie polokmeňov drevín, delením vo viacerých rovinách sústavou kotúčových pil, ale bez možnosti voľby hrúbky prírezu a bez možnosti zhotovovať napr. hranolčeky s voliteľnými rozmermi. Sú tiež známe zariadenia na delenie drevnej hmoty pílovými kotúčmi podľa patentu SK č. 277 764, ktoré sú usporiadané v horizontálnom a vertikálnom smere, čo umožňuje súbežné pílenie jedným kotúčom v horizontálnej a jedným kotúčom vo vertikálnej rovine. Also in deeper cuts, especially at the edges of the trunks, there is an imbalance in the cutting system, resulting in dimensional inaccuracy of the cuttings.

Obidva horizontálne pílové kotúče 3 sú spojené s hriadeľmi 8 tak, že stredovým otvorom sú nasunuté na matice 2 a po ich obvode k nim spojené nitmi (na obr. 1 nenaznačené). Na prednú časť nosiča 11 je zavesená nezávislá dvojica predných suportov 92 s upevnenými vertikálnymi pílovými kotúčmi 5, prepojenými na vertikálne pohonné jednotky 4.
