Abstract

The invention relates to a skeleton container which forms a transport container comprising a container base (1), grid walls (2) mounted thereon, a front wall (2) pivotable about a horizontal axis (3) and d lid (7). The skeleton box has a locking bar (8) which secures the pivotable front wall (2) and is either rigidly connected to the lid (7) in hinged manner or can be fitted over the upwardly pivoted front wall (2) in the manner of a fork (117) and then locked with the lid (7).

Description

The invention relates to a transport container in the form of a grid box according to the characterizing part of claim 1 or 15.

Technical field

Transport containers designed as grid boxes of this kind are known from DE 42 30 117 A1. They are used for transport, storage and especially for stacking various goods. In particular, they are also used as so-called lattice boxes-interchangeable pallets in rail transport, where they are intended to avoid the need to pack the shipped goods in special boxes and the goods delivered to the consignee do not have to be unpacked or reloaded immediately. In the case of such grid boxes, interchangeable pallets do not require the return of empty packages. By means of a container hatch and together with a locking yoke that closes the two flaps of the container front wall, the goods stored in such lattice boxes can be sufficiently secured against unauthorized theft or even in exchange for qualitatively inferior goods. In a known manner, the hinged parts of the wall are closed by means of the interaction of plug pins located at the lower end of the locking bracket, by means of which the locking bracket in the direction of the pins is displaceably supported by the lower end. Further, in the known transport container, on this container hatch below its leading edge, two locking rods are disposed in a counter-longitudinally displaceable manner for locking, which in their extended position extend below the upper edge of the side wall of the container and locked in their extended position together with a locking yoke, for example by means of corresponding spacing holes in the bent ends of the locking rods and in the upper U-shaped end of the locking yoke through the push-through yoke of the hinge lock. The locking bracket is only connected to the container lid by the upper end in this locked position. If the hinged lock is removed when the container is opened, the connection between the container hatch and the locking yoke is eliminated. This can very easily lead to the unlocking locking bracket tilting up and obstructing the path of the lattice box-interchange pallet. In addition, the mounting at the lower end of the locking bracket is not only expensive to manufacture but also makes it difficult to handle so that the locking bracket to be closed together with the container lid must be moved to its intended intermediate position and removed from the grid box from its closure. the projections located on the lower side thereof can only be pulled out after a slight rotation about its longitudinal axis.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the invention to improve the type of lattice transport container described at the outset so that it is designed especially with respect to a locking system with a locking yoke easier to operate, more economical in production costs and maintaining guaranteed burglary and stability.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This object is essentially solved by the solution according to the invention, in particular by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1 or claim 15. According to the invention, a fundamental solution to the problem is based on two different principles of solution. The first principle of the solution contemplates according to claim 1, while retaining the locking caliper at the lower end, to use an additional bearing at the upper end, wherein the locking caliper at the upper end is rigidly connected to the lattice box flap, while the lower end serves primarily for locking. In contrast to the known mounting of the locking bracket at the lower end, this also does not fulfill the hinge function, but is merely a theft-proof locking plug.

The second principle of the invention is based on the solution that the lower end bearing can also be canceled because it no longer performs the hinge function, and instead the locking bracket is closed at the upper end.

In this case, the bearing can be omitted at the lower end and the removable locking bracket can be toothed beyond the front wall of the container from the hinged front wall of the container. In this case, the locking bracket according to claim 15 is designed as a sliding downwardly open retaining tooth which, depending on the type of plug, slides over the front wall of the container.

In this way, the container lid and the locking bracket can be stored more securely and, in particular, easier to carry out when they are mounted or removed on the grid box. This is also due to the fact that when the hatch of the container is removed, the locking bracket is folded flat on its lower side, while being inserted by one of its lower hinge pins into a locking rose located at the rear edge of the container hatch.

According to a further feature of the invention, the hinge joint may consist of tubular hinge bearings mounted on the front edge of the container hatch and slidingly mounted hinge pins disposed thereon at the upper end of the locking bracket, wherein the hinged, hinged and hinged which, in its stowed position, covers the retracted position of the locking caliper and locks it, as well as being locked therewith. Again, the container lid can be handled more easily in the withdrawn position, since in this way the locking rods protruding laterally from the container lid are protected from damage.

On the locking flap, two bent flap projections may be provided on the front side, which encircling the locking caliper in its stowed position in its middle closing position and thereby allowing it to be locked.

Instead of the locking flap, there may be protruding locking pins on the locking rods near their bent inner ends which surround the two-sided locking bracket and lock it when the locking rods are extended in its middle closing position.

In a second principle of the invention, the connection of the plug at the lower end on the lower edge of the container is eliminated. Also, the locking plug can be inserted simply over the front wall of the container, taking care only that the retaining tooth located on its rear side must extend over the front wall forks. It goes without saying that the closing plug in any case must extend beyond the lower hinged part of the grid box wall so that it extends beyond its forward hinged flap.

The plug in its simplest form has a retaining tooth at its upper end extending over the upper edge of the upper hinged part of the wall and extending it by more than half. It is so securely connected to the upper hinged part of the wall that the lower plug cannot, by its lower end, swing away from the lower hinged part of the wall. In principle, a plurality of retaining teeth may be disposed on the rear side of the locking plug, which engage in a row of superimposed grid meshes of the top and / or bottom hinged part of the wall. In these cases, the retaining teeth may be much shorter due to their larger distances from the connection points of the locking plug to the container lid.

The locking plug is preferably hingedly hinged to the leading edge of the container flap and is therefore in constant contact with the container flap according to the first principle of the invention and cannot be set aside at the same time. In the raised state, the plug can be snapped onto the rear side of the container hatch and locked there by clamps or similar means located on the lower side at a corresponding location.

However, it is also possible to provide the locking plug at its upper end with a transversely extending support arm and to close this by means of a projecting and closing lid of the container in the closed position. In this case, it is advantageous to place on the front side of the container flap a retaining pocket provided for the upper support arm of the locking plug.

To close the lid of the container, preferably two opposing longitudinally displaceable locking rods are provided on its front side, which extend in their extended position with their outer ends below the upper edges of the side walls of the container and are closed on their adjacent inner ends together with the locking plug. These locking rods can protrude through their inner bent ends through the centrally disposed longitudinal slits at the edge of the container hatch and have spacious openings for the hinge lock or seal wire.

Instead of the aforementioned oppositely extending locking rods, the container flap may have on its front side retaining clamps up and forward beyond the upper edge of the upper hinged portion of the wall and on its rear side a hinged-hinged flap retaining clamp extending in its folded position the edge of the rear wall of the container as well as being so closed. In this case too, the locking plug on the front side of the container flap can be hinged in or simply folded over the container in its closed position and thus locked.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The illustrated grid box is typically provided with a closed bottom 1 and fixed side lattice walls 2 as well as a fixed rear wall 103 thereon. The front wall 107 consists of two forwardly around the central horizontal common axis 3 of the hinged wall portions 2 ', 2. The bottom 1 has four legs 4 which are slightly displaced inwardly with respect to the side walls 2, so that the closed profile legs can be fitted and placed in the upper angular edge strips 5 of the lower box when stacked. Furthermore, in such lattice boxes-interchangeable pallets, the articulated tubes are usually extended at the bottom 1 of the container. In order to secure the goods to be stored and transported in such grid boxes for unauthorized intervention of others, the grid box can be locked on the top and front walls. For this purpose, the lid 7 of the container serves as well as the central locking yoke 8 located on the front wall of the container and closing the hinged wall parts 2 ', 2 thereon. In any case, the hinged parts of the wall are closed by means of a locking yoke such that the locking yoke bridges or protrudes to the extent that hinging is prevented. For this purpose, the locking bracket 8 is fastened by its upper end to the flap 7 and its lower end at the bottom i of the grid box (Figs. 1-8), respectively. the locking bracket forms a locking plug which, depending on the type of the retaining eye 117, is inserted from above to the front wall of the grille box (see FIGS. 9-20).

The cover of the container 7 is preferably of a grid or mesh, possibly also of sheet metal, and is provided with a partially protruding and retaining protrusion 9,10 extending below the upper edge of the stationary side wall 2, while the retaining protrusion 10 located on the shorter side of the container 5. The retaining protrusion 9 located at the rear edge of the container hatch 7, as shown in FIG. 5, may be provided with a detent rose from the underside, in an annular or even quadratic profiled shape, so that when the container hatch is open at its lower position. The side of the folded-out locking bracket 8 (embodiment of Fig. 1-8) could be lifted in the downwardly located plug-in pin 12 and locked in this way to this snap-in position under the flap 7.

On the front edge of the container lid 7, two locking rods 13, 14 extending in longitudinally displaceable fashion in the corresponding bearing eyes 15 are adjustable in a known manner. For this purpose, at the lower side of the cap 7, two hinged bearings in the form of a bearing tube 16 are mounted at a corresponding distance from one another, in which a locking yoke 8 with correspondingly long hinge pins 17 located at its upper end is mounted. These hinge pins 17, like the lower end of the locking bracket 8, have the lower sliding pins 12 ensuring that the locking bracket 8 is slidably guided or supported at both ends, there is only one difference that the locking bracket 8 extends along the correspondingly longer upper hinge. The locking bracket 8 at its lower end can also be pulled out of its corresponding hinge pipe 6 by its lower insertion pin 6. In order to close the locking yoke 8 and the locking rods 13, 14 in their opposedly extended locking positions, a locking flap 19 mounted in the bearing lugs 18 at the front edge of the hatch of the container 7, which covers the pivoting position of the locking yoke in its folded position. 8 on the hatch 7 and allows to lock the yoke 8 as well as it is closed with it. In this case, the central transverse slot 20 serves to engage the end rods 13 ', 14 ' while the outer slots 20 'engage the bent ends 13 "and 14" in the retracted position of the respective locking rods, thereby allowing the locking rods to be locked even in their retracted position. In the bent ends 13 'and 14 of the two locking bars in their side-by-side position there are, as shown in FIG. also for sealing wire. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, on the hatch of the container 7, instead of the locking caliper, there are two locking calipers 8, which in this case are provided with only one-sided lower plug pins 12 and an upper hinge pin 17. the corresponding tubular bearing tubes 16 are located at the front edge of the cap 7, while the lower plug pins 12 of the two locking brackets 8 are mounted axially displaceably as before, the lower tubular suspension tubes 6 on the grid box. In this case, the locking flap 19 on the hinge of the container 7 extends into the retracted position of the two locking brackets 8 between their upper ends, so that here too the corresponding locking closure of the two locking brackets 8 with their respective locking rods 13, 14 at their bent ends 13 is possible. or 14 jointly passing through the caliper through a hinged lock.

Instead of the upper bearing tubes 16 and the hinge pins 17 accommodated therein, only single bearing eyes can be provided at the upper ends of both locking calipers 8 through which the articulated axle is fixedly mounted on the front edge of the container hatch. in such a case, the hatch of the container 7 is without any means possible. The articulated-sliding axis on the hatch of the container 7 needs only to be so long that it is sufficient for the two-way sliding path for both locking calipers to be able in each case to be pulled out of the lower hinge tubes 6 at the bottom of the container . A particularly advantageous simple closure system for the transport container, in which it is possible to dispense with the shut-off flap 19 used in the aforementioned exemplary embodiment, is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. below the front edge of the container hatch 7 ', fixedly mounted transversely projecting locking pins 24 or 25 near their bent inner ends 13 or 14, which extend beyond the two-way locking bracket and lock it in the extended position of the locking bars 13, 14 in its middle retracted position. The inner ends 13 and 14 of the locking rods 13, 14 protrude into correspondingly long longitudinal slits 26 and 27, respectively, located at the front edge of the container lid 7. In the depicted position of the locking rods 13, 14, the inner bent ends 13 or 14 are immediately adjacent so that the hinge lock or sealing wire can also be pushed through their space openings 21 so that both the locking rods 13, 14 and the locking yoke 8 can be closed in their useful or closed position on the transport container. Here, as in the previously described and illustrated embodiment, the locking bracket 8 also has hinge pins at its upper end, which are hingedly displaceable in the bearing tubes 16 located on the lower side of the hatch.
