Claims (32)

1 PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Metoda za čiščenje vankomicinskih antibiotikov s kromatografijo izpodrivanja, označena s tem, da je stacionarna faza naravna ali sintetična reverzna faza, mobilna faza je razredčena kislina ali pufer, izpodrivalo pa je alkohol, oksialkohol (alkohol-eter), alkil sulfat alkalijske kovine ali tetraalkil amonijev halogenid.
2. Metoda po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da se uporablja za čiščenje vankomicin hidroklorida.
3. Metoda po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, daje stacionarna faza oktadecil silikagel.
4. Metoda po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da je stacionarna faza izbrana izmed sintetičnih polimerov, kijih sestavljata stiren in divinilbenzen.
5. Metoda po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, daje povprečni premer delcev, iz katerih je sestavljena stacionarna faza, med približno 2 pm in približno 100 pm.
6. Metoda po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, daje povprečni premer delcev, iz katerih je sestavljena stacionarna faza, približno 12 pm.
7. Metoda po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da je razmerje med količino nanesene substance in stacionarno fazo največ približno 1:3.
8. Metoda po zahtevku 7, označena s tem, je razmerje med količino nanesene substance in stacionarno fazo približno 1:8.

13. Metoda po zahtevku 11, označena s tem, daje kislina v mobilni fazi organska kislina, in sicer mravljinčna kislina, ocetna kislina ali propionska kislina, njen halogeniran derivat ali organski ali anorganski pufer ene od teh kislin.
14. Metoda po zahtevku 13, označena s tem, daje kislina v mobilni fazi ocetna kislina ali amonijev acetatni pufer.
15. Metoda po zahtevku 11, označena s tem, daje kislina v mobilni fazi anorganska, in sicer HC1, ali v obliki boratnega, fosfatnega, sulfatnega ali kloridnega pufra, pri čemer so kationi anorganski, amoniak ali različni amini.
16. Metoda po zahtevku 11, označena s tem, daje koncentracija kisline v mobilni fazi med približno 2 mmol/1 in približno 500 mmol/1.
