Ohišni element motornega prostora
Izum se nanaša na ohišni element motornega prostora, zlasti za absorbcijo zvoka, s penastim delom iz penaste snovi, kije pritrjen na prednostno zvočno trdem stenskem delu, pri čemer penasti del obsega na svoji proč od stenskega dela obrnjeni strani, na ozvočeni strani, kožasto prekritje.
Tovrsten ohišni element motornega prostora je npr. znan iz evropskega patenta 131 616. Tu sestoji penasti del iz prehodne penaste snovi. Penasta snov je skozi in skozi zasnovana z enako debelino in brez lukenj. Za stabilnost penaste snovi je predvidena zapečatena mrežasta plast. Za elemente za absorbcijo zračnega zvoka je tudi znano, da se na grbasto zasnovo dušilne snovi, npr. penaste snovi položi folijo, tako da je folija v bistvu razporejena prosto nihajoče. K temu se sklicujemo npr. na francoski patent 77 30 604 in nemški patent 32 19 339. Nadalje je iz knjige Kurtze, Physik und Technik der Larmbekampfung, Verlag G. Braun, Karlsruhe, 1964, Seite 159, znano, da se pri folijskih resonatorjih, ki so nameščeni neposredno na stensko površino, predvidi folijo, ki je na robovih podprta s poroznim dušilnim materialom.
Nov ohišni element motornega pokrova naj bo zasnovan na osnovi tega stanja tehnike.
Ta ohišni element motornega pokrova je podan v 1. patentnem zahtevku. Pri tem naravnano na to, da je penasti del luknjan, da je penasti del nadalje obojestransko pod prekritjem tudi luknjanih območij prekrit s folijo in da je penasti del vsaj deloma razporejen tako, da poteka na odmiku od zvočno trdega stenskega dela. Obojestransko folijsko prekritje luknjanega penastega dela se da enostavno izvesti. Nadalje je podana visoka učinkovitost tako ustvaijenega absorberja. Na osnovi tega se da tako ustvarjeni absorbcijski del enostavno povezati z zvočno trdim stenskim delom. Tudi absorbcijskemu delu lastna togost je izvrstna, da se ga da razporediti tako, da poteka deloma z odmikom od stenskega dela, s čimer se hkrati ugodno podpira zvočno absorbiranje oz. zvočno dušenje. Ker je folija prednostno zelo tanka, npr 25 do 60 μ/η, obstaja tako absorbcijski učinek kot tudi zvočno dušenje z odbojem. Penasta snov je lahko z zaprtimi porami ali, prednostno, z odprtimi porami. Penasta snov z zaprtimi ali odprtimi porami naj bo nadalje upogibno mehka. Luknjičavost sestoji prednostno iz enakomerno porazdeljenih lukenj. Nadalje je mogoče, da folija obsega v območju luknje določeno poglobitev, ki je približno kotanjasta. Pri tem je prednostno, če folija po sebi ni pod napetostjo. Kotanjasta poglobitev je odvisna od lastnosti (fleksibilnosti) uporabljene folije in tudi v danem primeru uporabljenega postopka izdelave. Tačas pa je prednostna izvedbena oblika, pri kateri folija brez opazne poglobitve prenapenja luknje. Luknje so na prednosten način zasnovane krožno, lahko pa so zasnovane tudi ovalno ali kvadratno ali sicer imajo smiselno obliko. V prikazu v prečnem prerezu z dvojno kožo zasnovanega penastega dela imajo luknje in mostiči priblično enako dolžino. Če vzorec lukenj odstopa od prednostne različice, se vmesni mostiči raztezajo različno. Premer luknje lahko znaša npr. 1 do 4.5 cm, prednostno 2.5 cm. Razmak med luknjami (od središča do središča) znaša okoli 45 mm. Zlasti prednostno je tudi, v območjih, v katerih z dvojno kožo zasnovan penasti del ni povezan s stenskim delom, stenski del zasnovati tako, da je z različnimi stenskimi odmiki od penastega dela podana absorbcija v zelo različnih frekvenčnih območjih.Med z dvojno kožo zasnovanim penastim delom in stenskim delom zaprt volumen zraka deluje kot vzmet, temu nasprotno pa penasta snov kot masa v sistemu masa-vzmet. To je lahko stopničasti, k penastem delu usmerjeni potek stenskega dela.
Izum je v nadaljevanju pobliže predstavljen s pomočjo priloženega načrta, ki pa prikazuje le en izvedbeni primer. Pri tem kaže sl. 1 ohišni element motornega prostora v tlorisnem pogledu na stran, obrnjeno k zvočnemu viru, sl. 2 ohišni element motornega prostora s sl. 1 v prečnem prerezu po črti Π-Π, sl. 3 predstavitev po sl. 2, pri spremenjenem stenskem delu, sl. 4 izrez s kožo zasnovanega penastega dela v tlorisnem pogledu, sl. 5 prečni prerez skozi predmet po sl. 4 vzdolž črte V-V, sl. 6 prečni prerez skozi predmet po sl. 5 vzdolž črte VI-VI.
Predstavljen in opisan je ohišni element 1 motornega prostora, kateri element 1 sestoji iz penastega dela 2, ki je z obeh strani zasnovan s kožo, iz penaste snovi z odprtimi porami. Gre pa lahko tudi za upogibno mehki penasti material z zaprtimi porami. Penasti del 2 je povezan s stenskim delom 3, ki je pri izvedbenem primeru zasnovan zvočno trdo. Penasti del 2 nadalje obsega luknje 4. Penasti del 2 je običajno po celotni površini, tudi območja lukenj 4 prekrivajoče, pokrit z zgornjo in spodnjo folijo 5 oz. 6. Foliji sta lahko zasnovani zelo tanko, obsegata npr. debelino od 25 do 60 μτη. Tu je zlasti primerna npr. modificirana poliesterska ali PUR folija. Tudi vezne folije so iz omenjenih folij. Na načrtu je debelina folije za boljšo predstavo prikazana pretirano velika.
Penasta snov je prednostno penasta snov iz melaminske smole.
Obojestransko s kožo zasnovan penasti del 2 je deloma, na sl. 2 npr. v območju 7, razporejen tako, da poteka z odmikom a od stenskega dela 3.
Prednostno je, da folija, kot je prikazano na sl. 2 in 3 (vendar z risarsko močno pretirano debelino) prenapenja luknje 4 v ravnem poteku.
Kot je razvidno npr. iz sl. 4 in 5, lahko folija 5 oz. 6 v območju lukenj 4 poteka tudi rahlo navznot potegnjeno druga k drugi (za boljšo predstavo izboklina tu ponovno močno pretirana). To prinese na vsakem območju luknje rahlo kotanjasto poglobitev folije. V območju penastega mostiča 8 pa poteka folija v vsakem primeru v bistvu po ravni ploskvi.
Na sl. 1 razvidna, deloma ne-krožna območja izhajajo iz preoblikovanja penastega dela in tudi iz persektivnega popačenja.
Kot se zlasti vidi tudi iz prikaza po sl. 3, so lahko na stenskem delu 3 v območju odmika a od penastega dela 2 predvidene stopničaste zasnove 9 stenskega dela 3, katere se pri izvedbenem primeru predizboči navznot, usmerjeno k penasti snovi 2. Tako je pri ohišnem elementu motornega prostora dosežena absorbcija v širokem frekvenčnem območju.
Pri izvedbenem primeru so luknje 4 običajno zasnovane krožno. Kot je zlasti razvidno iz prikaza na sl. 5, so enakomerno porazdeljene v penastem delu 2. Porazdelitev lukenj 4 je lahko tudi neenakomerna, vendar pri prednostno enakem deležu lukenj kot je prikazano. Delež lukenj znaša pri tem okoli 24%. To je pri izvedbenem primeru doseženo z razmakom lukenj okoli 45 mm. Razmak lukenj (od središča do središča) je glede na sosednje luknje enak v dveh, druga k drugi pravokotnih smereh. Premer lukenj znaša okoli 2.5 cm. Vmesni mostiči 8 se razprostirajo približno enako.
V celoti se dobi visoko učinkovit, širokopasoven absorber. Nadalje je realiziran tudi prednosten način lahke gradnje, ki je pogojen tudi s podano lastno stabilnostjo penaste snovi, ki je obojestransko zasnovana s kožo. Takšen ohišni element 1 motornega prostora je zlasti praktično neprepusten za tekočino, kajti foliji 5, 6 sta prednostno in pri izvedbenem primeru izbrani vodoneprepustno.
Zvočno-tehniČni način delovanja tega ohišnega elementa 1 motornega prostora se da opisati tudi kot sledi. Zvočni tlačni valovi zadenejo na foliji, tj. folijo 5 in upogibno mehki sistem, ki je sposoben nihati in ki je razporejen z odmikom od zvočno trdega ter togega stenskega dela 3, lahko niha. S tem vsiljenim nihanjem se zaprti zračni volumen, ki deluje tudi v smislu resonančne vzmeti, stiska in razširja.
Absorbcija zvoka sledi v glavnem s pretvorbo zvočnega tlaka v gibalno energijo in z učinkom izbrisanja med valovnimi poteki, tj. delnim izločanjem zvočnih valov s fazno zamakni tvijo.
Z luknjičavostjo se ugodno vpliva na zvočno valovno odpornost. Foliji, ki obojestransko ne prekrivata le penasto snov 2 temveč tudi luknje 4, predstavljata po sebi dodaten folijski absorber, ki je sposoben nihati. Znotraj lukenj 4 zaprt zračni volumen lahko deluje v smislu vzmeti s stiskanjem in raztezanjem. S tem pa se lahko tudi tu energijo odvaja v odprte, porozne stene lukenj penaste snovi 2 in s tem v penasto snov 2 samo.
Bistvena je tudi krčilna trdota in volumska teža uporabljene penaste snovi. Krčilna trdota leži prednostno v območju od 3 -13, posebno pri 8 kPa. Prostorska teža leži prednostno pri 9 -17, posebno pri 13 kg na Megakubik.
Značilnosti izuma, razodete v poprejšnjem opisu načrta in zahtevkih, so lahko pomembne za uresničitev izuma tako posamično kot tudi v poljubni kombinaciji. Vse opisane značilnosti so izumiteljsko bistvene. Pri opisu prijave se s tem v polnem obsegu všteje tudi vsebino opisa pripadajočih/priloženih prioritetnih predlog (prepis predprijave).
Claims (10)
- PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI1. Ohišni element (1) motornega prostora, zlasti za absorbcijo zvoka, s penastim delom (2) iz penaste snovi, ki je pritijen na prednostno zvočno trdem stenskem delu (3), pri čemer penasti del (2) obsega na svoji proč od stenskega dela obrnjeni strani, na ozvočeni strani, kožasto prekritje (5), značilen po tem, da je penasti del (2) luknjan, da je penasti del (2) nadalje obojestransko pod prekritjem tudi luknjanih območij (lukenj 4) prekrit z za zrak neprepustno folijo (5) oz. (6) in da je penasti del (2) vsaj deloma razporejen tako, da poteka na odmiku (a) od stenskega dela (3).
- 2. Ohišni element motornega prostora po zahtevku 1 ali zlasti po tem, značilen po tem, daje penasta snov zasnovana z odprtimi porami.
