Description
TOPLOTNI VIR TERMOREAKTORJA
Postopek spada v področje Sežiganja posebnih tehnoloških odpadkov
Postopek sežiganja - termična predelava posebnih odpadkov je sestavljen iz naslednjih faz:
- segrevanje, sušenje in uplinjanje odpadkov v primarni pirolizni komori
- mešanje, vžiganje in zgorevanje nastalega plina v termoreaktorju
Za popolno zgorevanje v termoreaktorju so potrebne visoke temperature (800 - 1200 st. Celzija), določen čas za reakcijo, pravilno - popolno mešanje sekundarnega zraka po celotnem preseku, posebna oblika komore in ustrezna namestitev toplotnih virov.
Problemi ki nastopijo pri sežiganju posebnih odpadkov so :
doseči zadovoljivo mešanje plinov ter zagotoviti popolno zgorevanje
- enakomerno rezporediti vnos toplote
- zagotoviti potrebno regulacijo moči gorilca
- potrebne so velike dolžine reaktorjev (dolg reakcijski čas) Dosedanje rešitve so bile izvedene z enim gorilcem večje moči, nameščenim pod določenim kotom glede na os reaktorja. Slabosti teh postopkov so:
- slabo mešanje plinov ter zaradi tega nepopolno zgorevanje
- neenakomeren vnos toplote (na enem mestu obremenitev šamota)
- slabša regulacija moči gorilca
- velike dolžine reaktorjev
Naša rešitev pa vsebuje večje število manjših gorilcev (A), to se pravi parcialni vnos toplote v zgorevalno komoro termoreaktor (B). Z namestitvijo gorilcev na vhodnem delu po obodu komore (B) na premeru (D) usmerjenih pod ustreznim kotom (alfa) glede na smer pretoka plina in pod kotom (beta) glede na središče termoreaktorja dosežemo štiri osnovne prednosti:
- enakomeren vnos toplote po celotnem preseku, ugodnejša obremenitev šamotne obloge,
- večje turbulence - mešanje plinov in s tem popolnejše zgorevan je ,
- rotacijski pretok plinov in temu ustrezno povečanje potrebnega zadrževal nega časa v zgorevalni komori,
- možnost zmanjšanja moči gorilcev (obratuje le toliko gorilcev, kot je potrebno za proces popolnega zgorevanja;pri zagonu obratujejo s polno močjo, krmljenje z računalnikom).

- PATENTNI ZAHTEVEKToplotni vir termoreaktorja (druge komore) je nameščen na vhodnem delu komore, obložene s šamotno oblogo, značilen po tem, da je potrebna količina toplote razdeljena na ustrezno število manjših virov gorilnikov (A), ki so nameščeni po obodu komore (8) na premeru (D), usmerjenih pod ustreznim kotom (alfa) glede na smer pretoka plinov v komori in pod kotom (beta) glede na središče termoreaktorja.
