Abstract
Application field: referes to the rails fixation on the concrete sleepers by means of elastic W-formed stretching high-quality steel clamps and angular guide plates for rail base.Summary of invention: the fixation is characterized by the particular manufacturing of the stretching clamp and angular guide plate, allowing to simplificate the rails fixation to the concrete sleepers by means of prevention of the stretching clamps turn possibility in going from the premounting position to the mounting one. That is achieved by the fact that the angular guiding plate 4 is provided with a rib passing along and coming to a contact with the rail base and passing along the rail base 6. This rib has the grooves for clamp free ends fixation in the premounting position. The clamp 9 has the external shoulds which are widen to the rail base, and the free ends 8 thereof finish outside of the middle part, by that the interior shoulds, embracing the rail wood screw, are made so as in the premounting position they bear with the middle part thereof to the screw bar, by that the head 11 of the screw 12 in the mounting position act on the clamp interior shoulds from above. According to one of the manufacturing variants the stretching clamp middle part embraces the rail screw 12, by that the interior shoulds sections are converging each to the other up to the small interval.
