Claims (15)
- Postopek in naprava za hkraten prenos toplote in vlage med vsaj dvema različnima plinskima tokovoma Patentni zahtevki1. Postopek za hkraten prenos toplote in vlage med vsaj dvema različnima plinskima tokovoma (1, 2), pri čemer oba plinska tokova (1, 2) med seboj komunicirata preko vsaj ene tekstilne izmenjevalne ploskve (8), in pri čemer se vlaga, ki se nahaja v enem plinskem toku (2), prenaša po vlažnostnem gradientu na drugi plinski tok (1) in v ta namen ima tekstilna izmenjevalna ploskev (8) ploščat nosilec, ki je obložen s polnilom, ki veže vodo, označen s tem, da je ploščati nosilec, obložen s polnilom, oblikovan tridimenzionalno.
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je ploščati nosilec izveden kot tekstilna ploščata tvorba iz filca in/ali flisa in/ali tkanine in/ali pletenine iz zlasti poliestrskih vlaken oz. poliestrskih niti.
- 3. Postopek po zahtevku 1 ali 2, označen s tem, da se polnilo nanese na ploščati nosilec kot suspenzija, zlasti vodna suspenzija.
- 4. Postopek po zahtevku 3, označen s tem, da se nosilec vodi skozi potopno kopel in obloži s polnilom.
- 5. Postopek po zahtevku 4, označen s tem, da se nosilec, obložen s polnilom, na primer suši z vročim zrakom.
- 6. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 5, označen s tem, da polnilo v bistvu sestoji iz higroskopnega polnila in veziva.
- 7. Postopek po zahtevku 6, označen s tem, da se kot polnilo uporabijo anorganske mineralne snovi, kot so aluminijevi silikati, ogrodni silikati in/ali anorganske soli z litijevim kloridom in/ali organski absorbenti, kot je polianilin.
- 8. Postopek po zahtevku 6 ali 7, označen s tem, da se kot vezivo uporabijo adhezijska sredstva na osnovi umetnih snovi, kot so na primer akrilati.
- 9. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 8, označen s tem, da se polnilo v zrnati ali praškasti obliki z vodo zmeša v suspenzijo.
- 10. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 9, označen s tem, da se polnilu dodajo dodatni aditivi, kot so tenzidi ali pigmenti, pa tudi protibakterijski dodatki, kot so biocidi, srebrove spojine, itd.
- 11. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 10, označen s tem, da ima s polnilom obloženi ploščati nosilec površinsko maso med 20 g/m2 in 400 g/m2, prednostno od 50 g/m2 do 150 g/m2 in zlasti prednostno od 50 g/m2 do 90 g/m2 aufweist.
- 12. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 11, označen s tem, da se ploščati nosilec oblikuje tridimenzionalno s pomočjo postopka plastičnega preoblikovanja.
- 13. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 12, označen s tem, da se za ogrevanje prostora kot plinski tok (2) uporabita na eni strani tok (2) izpušnega plina, na primer iz toplotnega vira, in na drugi strani tok (1) dovajanega zraka.
- 14. Naprava za hkraten prenos toplote in vlage med vsaj dvema različnima plinskima tokovoma (1, 2), pri čemer oba plinska tokova (1, 2) med seboj komunicirata preko vsaj ene tekstilne izmenjevalne ploskve (8), in pri čemer se vlaga, ki se nahaja v enem plinskem toku (2), prenaša po vlažnostnem gradientu na drugi plinski tok (1) in v ta namen ima tekstilna izmenjevalna ploskev (8) ploščat nosilec, ki je obložen s polnilom, ki veže vodo, označen s tem, da je ploščati nosilec, obložen s polnilom, oblikovan tridimenzionalno.
- 15. Naprava po zahtevku 14, označena s tem, da je tekstilna izmenjevalna ploskev (8) tvorjena iz po ene membranske ploskve (8) v izmenjevalniku (9) toplote zrak/zrak.
