Claims (5)

  1. METODE NADZORA NEŽELENE VEGETACIJE Z IMAZAMOKSOM IN ADJUVANSI V HERBICIDNO ODPORNIH INDUSTRIJSKIH RASTLINAH PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI
    1. Metoda za zatiranje neželene vegetacije v kulturah industrijskih rastlin, ki obsega dovoljevanje sestavka, ki obsega: a) herbicidno spojino A, ki je imazamoks; in b) adjuvans B, ki je b2) anionski surfaktant, izbran izmed alifatskih monokarboksilatov, alifatskih oligokarboksilatov, sulfonamidokarboksilatov, alifatskih ali aromatskih sulfatov, polietersulfatov, amidopoletersulfatov, sulfatiranih karboksilatov, gliceridov karbonske kisline ali karbonskih estrov, alifatskih ali aromatskih sulfonatov, sulfoniranih karboksilnih estrov ali karboksilnih amidov, estrov sulfosukcinske kisline, polietersulfonatov, polietemih fosfatov ali fosfatni ester polialkoksiliranega maščobnega alkohola, polieter sulfata in polialkoksiliranih derivatov spojine s formulo R1Xn, kjer polialkoksilatni ostanek terminiran z ostankom Y in pri čemer R1 je izbran izmed alifatskih ali aromatskih ostankov z vsaj osmimi ogljikovimi atomi; X je izbran izmed hidroksi, -0-(CrC6-alkil), -0-(C3-C6-alkenil), amina, amida ali estera; n je 1,2, 3, 4, 5 ali 6; in je Y izbran izmed karboksilata, sulfonata, sulfata, fosfata ali fosfonata; in kjer je masno razmerje herbicidne spojine A in adjuvansa B od 2:1 do 1:60; za delovanje na rastlinah, ki jih je treba nadzorovati, ali na njihovih habitatih in kjer je rastlinska rastlina izbrana izmed a) sončnice, ki vsebujejo značilnosti odpornosti proti herbicidu (1), CLHA-Plus značilnostjo, ki ima AHASL (acetohidroksi kislinska sintaza, velika podenota) s substitucijo A122(Af)T ali (2) njena AHASL varianta, ki vsebuje obe substitucijo A122(Af)T in drugo substitucijo, ki je lahko ena ali več izmed P197Q, P197S, T203I, Τ203Χ, A205D, A205V, W574L, A653N, A653T, A653F ali A653V. b) sončnice, ki vsebujejo dve značilnosti herbicid ne tolerance, obe CLHA-Plus značilnost (AHASL-A122 (At) T) in drugo AHASL značilnost, izbrano izmed AHASL s A205(Af)V substitucijo ali AHASL s P197(Af)L substitucijo.
  2. 2. Metoda po zahtevku 1, kjer je adjuvans B fosfatni ester polialkoksiliranega maščobnega alkohola.
  3. 3. Metoda po zahtevku 1 ali 2, kjer sestavek nadalje obsega vsaj eno nadaljnjo herbicidno spojino D.
  4. 4. Uporaba sestavkov, ki obsegajo: a) herbicidno spojino A, ki je imazamoks; in b) adjuvans B, ki je b2) anionski surfaktant, izbran izmed alifatskih monokarboksilatov, alifatskih oligokarboksilatov, sulfonamidokarboksilatov, alifatskih ali aromatskih sulfatov, polietersulfatov, amidopoletersulfatov, sulfatiranih karboksilatov, gliceridov karbonske kisline ali karbonskih estrov, alifatskih ali aromatskih sulfonatov, sulfoniranih karboksilnih estrov ali karboksilnih amidov, estrov sulfosukcinske kisline, polietersulfonatov, polieternih fosfatov ali fosfatni ester polialkoksiliranega maščobnega alkohola, polieter sulfata in polialkoksiliranih derivatov spojine s formulo R1Xn, kjer polialkoksilatni ostanek terminiran z ostankom Y in pri čemer R1 je izbran izmed alifatskih ali aromatskih ostankov z vsaj osmimi ogljikovimi atomi; X je izbran izmed hidroksi, -0-(CrC6-alkil), -0-(C3-C6-alkenil), amina, amida ali estera; n je 1,2, 3, 4, 5 ali 6; in je Y izbran izmed karboksilata, sulfonata, sulfata, fosfata ali fosfonata; in kjer je masno razmerje herbicidne spojine A in adjuvansa B od 2:1 do 1:60; za nadzorovanje neželene vegetacije v kulturah industrijskih rastlin, kjer je industrijska rastlina izbrana izmed a) sončnice, ki vsebujejo značilnosti odpornosti proti herbicidu (1), CLHA-Plus značilnostjo, ki ima AHASL (acetohidroksi kislinska sintaza, velika podenota) s substitucijo A122(At)T ali (2) njena AHASL varianta, ki vsebuje obe substitucijo A122(Af)T in drugo substitucijo, ki je lahko ena ali več izmed P197Q, P197S, T203I, Τ203Χ, A205D, A205V, W574L, A653N, A653T, A653F ali A653V. b) sončnice, ki vsebujejo dve značilnosti herbicidne tolerance, obe CLHA-Plus značilnost (AHASL-A122 (At) T) in drugo AHASL značilnost, izbrano izmed AHASL s A205(Af)V substitucijo ali AHASL s P197(Af)L substitucijo.
  5. 5. Uporaba po zahtevku 4, kjer je adjuvans B fosfatni ester polialkoksiliranega maščobnega alkohola.
