Claims (7)
- SPOJINE TETRACIKLINA SUBSTITUIRANE Z 9-AMINOMETILOM PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI1. Spojina s splošno formulo I:ali njena farmacevtsko sprejemljiva sol ali solvat, pri čemer R2a, R2b, R3, R10, R11 in R12 so vsak neodvisno vodik; R5, R6a, R6b in R8 so vsak neodvisno vodik; R7 je NR7aR7b; R4a, R4b, R7a in R7b so vsak neodvisno vodik ali Ci-ealkil; R9a in R9b sta vsak neodvisno: (1) kateri koli od njih je vodik, drugi pa je: (a) ciklobutil ali 6- do 12-členska spirociklična skupina, zgoraj navedene skupine so nesubstituirane ali substituirane z 1 do 3 substituentom(i), ki so lahko enaki ali različni in izbrani izmed Q1; ali (b) ciklobutilCi.6alkil ali 6- do 12-členska spirociklična skupina Ci.6alkil, zgoraj navedene skupine so nesubstituirane ali substituirane z 1 do 3 substituentom(i), ki so lahko enaki ali različni in izbrani izmed Q1 in ogljik(i) v navedenem ciklobutilu se lahko nadomesti z enim atomom kisika; alternativno, (2) R9a in R9b skupaj z dušikovim atomom, na katerega sta vezana, tvorita azetidinil, 6-9-členska spirociklična skupina ali 6- do 9-členska nasičena kondenzirana obročna skupina, zgoraj navedene skupine so nesubstituirane ali substituirane z 1 do 3 Q2 substituenti, ki so lahko enaki ali različni, in ogljik(e) v omenjenem 6- do 9-členski spirociklični skupini lahko zamenjamo z enim atomom kisika; Q1 in Q2 so neodvisno izbrani izmed halogena, amino ali Ci^alkila; R13a in R13b sta vsak neodvisno vodik.
