Claims (15)
- POSTOPEK ZA PREDHODNO OBDELAVO BIOMASE PRED PRETVORBO V BIOGORIVO EP 2 708 643 B1 PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI1. Postopek za predhodno obdelavo biomase, da se omogoči njihova naknadna pretvorba v biogorivo, označen s tem, da obsega naslednje korake: - a) povzročitev, da biomase prehajajo skozi prvo mehansko napravo (1) za zmanjšanje velikosti, ki jo tvori nožni mlin ali kladivni mlin, da se biomase zmanjšajo na delce; - b) namestitev delcev na filtrirno rešetko tako, da delci (P1) manjši od vnaprej določene velikosti 5 mm prehajajo skozi rešetko in polnijo prvo mehansko napravo (1) za zmanjšanje velikosti; - c) omogočanje, da delci (P1), ki so manjši od vnaprej določene velikosti, prehajajo skozi prvo napravo (2) za razvrščanje delcev, ki omogoča da se delci (P1), ki so manjše od vnaprej določene velikosti, razdele glede na velikost v frakcijo (f1) delcev grobe velikosti in frakcijo (f2) finih drobnih delcev, kjer so v frakciji (f1) delci grobe velikosti, pri čemer so omenjeni delci večji od 600 pm, medtem ko so v frakciji (f2) delci, ki so po velikosti manjši od 600 pm, pri čemer je omenjena prva naprava (2) za razvrščanje delcev vgradni ventilator ali centrifugalno sito.
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, kjer je koraku b) prehoda delcev skozi rešetko sledi korak f) prehoda delcev (P1), ki so manjši od vnaprej določene velikosti in se polnijo iz mehanske naprave (1) za zmanjšanje velikosti ali iz rešetke, skozi vsaj eno drugo mehansko napravo (3) za zmanjšanje velikosti, da dobimo delce (P2, fi), ki so manjše od delcev (P1), ki se polnijo iz prve mehanske naprave (1) za zmanjšanje velikosti.
- 3. Postopek po zahtevku 2, kjer se korak f) prehoda delcev (P1), ki so manjši od predhodno določene velikosti skozi drugo mehansko napravo (3) za zmanjšanje velikosti izvede pred dovajanjem delcev (P1), ki so manjši od predhodno določene velikosti, v prvo napravo (2) za razvrščanje delcev.
- 4. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov 2 ali 3, ki obsega korak prehoda frakcije (f1) delcev grobe velikosti, ki se polnijo iz prve naprave (2) za razvrščanje delcev preko druge mehanske naprave (3) za zmanjšanje velikosti da dobimo frakcijo (fi), ki ima fino velikost.
- 5. Postopek po zahtevku 4, ki obsega korak prenosa delcev finejše velikosti (fi) skozi prvo razvrstitveno napravo, kjer se ti zmešajo z delci (P1), ki prihajajo iz prve mehanske naprave (1) za zmanjšanje velikosti.
- 6. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, ki obsega vsaj en korak (el, e2, e3) izdelave frakcije (f2) finih drobnih delcev, ki potujejo skozi vsaj eno drugo napravo (3a, 3b, 3c) za razvrščanje delcev, ki dovoljuje, da se frakcija (f2) finih drobnih delcev dimenzijsko razdeli na dve ali več superfinih frakcij (f5, f5', f5", f7, f7', f7", f8, f8', f8", f9, f10), od katerih ima vsaka delce vnaprej določene superfine velikosti.
- 7. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov 2-5, ki obsega vsaj en korak (h) izdelave frakcije (f2) finih drobnih delcev, ki potujejo skozi vsaj eno tretjo napravo (4) za zmanjšanje velikosti mehanskih delcev za izvajanje tretjega zmanjšanja velikosti delcev frakcije (f2).
- 8. Postopek po zahtevku 7, kjer vsaj en korak (h) pred vsaj enim korakom (e1) izdelave frakcije (f2) finih drobnih delcev poteka skozi drugo drugo napravo (3a, 3b, 3c) za razvrščanje delcev.
- 9. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov 2-5, 7 ali 8, ki obsega vsaj en korak (i, e1; I, e2) izdelave frakcije (f2) finih drobnih delcev, ki potujejo skozi vsaj eno četrto napravo (5,6) za zmanjšanje velikosti in vsaj eno naslednjo tretjo napravo (3b, 3c) za klasifikacijo delcev, ki omogoča postopno zmanjšanje velikosti delcev in dovoljuje, da se frakcija (f2) finih drobnih delcev delcev razdeli na dve ali več super finih frakcij (f5", f7", f8").
- 10. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov 6 ali 9, kjer so v super finih frakcijah (f5, f5\ f5", f7, f7\ f7", f8, f8\ f8", f9, f10) delci v vnaprej določeni super fini velikosti, omenjeni delci so približno naslednje velikosti: 350 pm, 200 pm, 90 pm in manj kot 90 pm.
- 11. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov 6, 8 ali 9, kjer so nadaljnje naprave (3a, 3b, 3c) za razvrščanje delcev klasifikatorji vrtinčnega zraka ali centrifugalna sita.
- 12. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov 2-5 ali 7-9, pri katerem je druga mehanska naprava (3) za zmanjšanje velikosti centrifugalni udarni mlin.
- 13. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov 2-5, 7-9 ali 12, pri katerem je druga mehanska naprava (3) za zmanjšanje velikosti vgrajena v prvo napravo (2) za razvrščanje ali obratno.
- 14. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov 2-5, 7-9, 12 ali 13, pri katerem je druga mehanska naprava (3) za zmanjšanje velikosti naprava za mletje ali valjčni mlin.
- 15. Postopek pridobivanja biogoriv iz biomase, ki obsega korake: - obdelavo biomase z uporabo postopka predobdelave po kateremkoli od predhodnih zahtevkov; - izpostavitev delcev, pridobljenih iz postopka predobdelave po predhodnih zahtevkih biokemijski pretvorbi, da pridobimo biogorivo.
