Abstract

Μία μέθοδος προκατεργασίας βιομάζας που επιτρέπει την επικείμενη μετατροπή τους σε βιοκαύσιμο απαρτίζεται από τα ακόλουθα βήματα: -α) οι βιομάζες περνούν μέσα από μία πρώτη μηχανική συσκευή μείωσης μεγέθους (1) ώστε να ενεργοποιηθεί η μείωση των βιομαζών σε σωματίδια μικρότερου μεγέθους -β) τα σωματίδια τοποθετούνται σε μία σίτα φιλτραρίσματος σωματιδίων έτσι ώστε τα σωματίδια (Ρ1), τα οποία έχουν μικρότερο μέγεθος από το προκαθορισμένο, να την διαπεράσουν και να τροφοδοτήσουν τη πρώτη μηχανική συσκευή μείωσης (1) -γ) τα σωματίδια (Ρ1), τα οποία είναι μικρότερα από το προκαθορισμένο μέγεθος, περνούν μέσα από μία πρώτη συσκευή ταξινόμησης σωματιδίων (2) ώστε να επιτραπεί στα σωματίδια (Ρ1) να διαιρεθούν ανάλογα με το μέγεθος τους σε ένα κλάσμα (f1) σωματιδίων με μεγάλο μέγεθος και σε ένα δεύτερο κλάσμα (f2) σωματιδίων με μικρότερο μέγεθος.
