The main feature is that its upper part is made from a three-layer material out of which the external layer (1') is perforated, smooth, water resistant and water repellent while the next layer (2') is laminated by a breathing diaphragm and followed by a third layer (3') featuring additional reinforcement and mechanical protection by a supporting tissue, where there are openings (4') of any size leading through the external layer (1') across its surface which are distributed as defined by the user.

Description

PERFORIRANA VODOODBOJNA PREVLEKA ZA ZAŠČITO OBUTVEPERFORATED WATERPROOF COAT FOR SHOES PROTECTION

Izum spada v razred A43B23/06 mednarodne patentne klasifikacije. The subject of the invention is a perforated water-repellent coating for the protection of footwear, which provides protection against the ingress of water into the footwear by a water-repellent layer which is mechanically or otherwise treated in such a way that the water-repellent layer is punctured by a series of very small holes. The invention belongs to Class A43B23 / 06 of the International Patent Classification.

A technical problem that is satisfactorily solved is the protection against water ingress into the footwear and at the same time the transfer of water vapor from the inside of the footwear to the room.

Obstajajo različne rešitve opisanega problema z različnimi polprepustnimi membranami, ki preprečujejo vdor vode v obutev in obenem omogočajo omejen pretok zraka in vodne pare. Prav tako je • ·It is well known that the human body must be protected from low temperatures, especially against the effects of atmospheres such as rain and snow. This is why we protect the foot with waterproof footwear. Such a well-known solution has the bad property of not allowing the foot to breathe and therefore causes an unpleasant sensation and excessive sweating. There are various solutions to the problem described with different semi-permeable membranes that prevent water from entering the footwear while allowing limited air and water vapor flow. The disadvantage of these solutions is that they require an external protective layer to protect against mechanical damage, which is not impermeable and usually in the form of fabric or leather. Both the fabric and the leather absorb water, thereby increasing its mass, which means more effort in the use of footwear and also reduced thermal insulation. It is also • ·

Zmanjšanje časa, ko je obutev prekrit z vodo ali snegom pa pomeni zmanjšanje možnosti prodora vode v obutev in povečanje časa, ko obutev lahko diha.the coefficient of friction between the fabric and the snow, due to the roughness of the fabric surface, is greater than that between the snow and a completely smooth surface, such as the water-repellent material. During movement in the wild at any time of the year, we are repeatedly exposed to the effects of water or snow by covering a larger surface of the shoe. Smooth surface allows faster removal of snow or water from the shoe and thus shorter exposure of the shoe material to water. Reducing the time when footwear is covered with water or snow means reducing the possibility of water penetrating the footwear and increasing the time when footwear can breathe.

slika 7 prečni presek materiala za izdelavo zgornjega dela, kjer je 5 najbolj zunanji sloj vodo nepropusten, vodo odbojen, gladek in perforiran oz. luknjičast, naslednji sloj laminata je membrana, ki diha in na katero je laminirana zaščitna tkanina oz. nosilna mreža.7 is a cross-sectional view of an upper fabrication material, wherein 5 the outermost layer is watertight, water-repellent, smooth and perforated, respectively. punctured, the next layer of laminate is a breathable membrane with a laminated protective fabric. carrier network.

The structural solution according to the invention enables the manufacture of footwear with a water-repellent coating 3 made of perforated material in the form of small holes 4 arranged over the surface of the material substantially smaller than the total thickness of the material. The upper part 1 is made of perforated material, which is made of two layers, of which the outer water repellent layer 5 is smooth and the outer reinforcing layer 6, which is made of woven or non-woven textiles and which are inextricably joined and treated so that small holes 4 smaller than the thickness of the outer layer are made through both materials prior to use in the manufacture of the footwear and are small enough to prevent water from flowing through the capillary pressure, while being large enough to allow footwear to pass through these holes radiate. In special cases, only part 7 of the upper part 1 may be made of water repellent material 7.

• ·• ·

Sama perforacija 3 je izvedena s majhnimi luknjicami, ki v premeru niso večje od debeline materiala zunanjega gladkega sloja, prednostno manj kot 0.1 mm premera in so izdelane dovolj na gosto, da omogočijo zadostno dihanje materiala, prednostno več kot 10 luknjic na cm2.The perforated material 3 is at least two-layer, consisting of an outer smooth and water-repellent layer 5 and an internal reinforcement layer 6, which is either woven or non-woven, with the two layers joined together so that the outer layer 5 remains smooth on the outside. The perforation 3 itself is made with small holes no larger than the thickness of the outer smooth layer material, preferably less than 0.1 mm in diameter, and made sufficiently dense to allow sufficient material to breathe, preferably more than 10 holes per cm 2 .

Below, the above design solution for the production of footwear io has been extended to cross-country skiing footwear, in which the uppermost material is functional or functional. technologically designed to prevent water and moisture from entering the outside of the shoe and inwardly into the shoe on the one hand, and on the other hand to remove moisture as a result of sweating of the foot from the inside of the shoe outwards, that is, away from the foot.

The upper material of the shoe consists of several layers. The outermost layer 1 'is perforated, that is, punctured or perforated. has holes or holes on its surface. holes (4 ') of any diameter, arranged in an arbitrary manner.

PVC, PU, ipd., in sicer s pomočjo tehnologije »nalivanja na nosilni material«, kjer je površina materialaThe outermost layer 1 'may be made in the form of a net such that it is composed / woven / woven of threads of appropriate thickness of any plastic material, interconnected in any way, forming a perforated surface of the material. The outermost layer 1 'may also be made of plastic material such as e.g. PVC, PU, etc., using the technology of "pouring on load-bearing material", where the surface of the material

mehansko perforirana oz. naluknjana. The top layer is, among other things, watertight, smooth on the outside and water-repellent.

The next layer 2 'immediately behind the outer top layer is the breathable material, i.e. breathable membranes. A membrane is a material whose basic functional capacity is determined by two pieces of information. The first is the resistance of the membrane to the inward penetration of water and moisture (resistance against vvatter penetration, that is, the pressure transferred by the membrane upon the entry of water and moisture from the outside).

Another important feature is the ability of the membrane to release io or. water vapor flow from the inside outwards (membrane permeability or permeability ratio in milligrams per square centimeter per hour), which gives us a certain amount of water vapor permeable by the membrane over a period of time.

Sloj 3', ki sledi vrhnjima dvema slojema, je zaščitna tkanina oz. nosilna 15 mreža (t.i. triko), katere funkcija je varovanje membrane pred mehanskimi vplivi oz. poškodbami. The layer 3 'that follows the top two layers is a protective fabric or a. load-bearing 15 mesh (ie a t-shirt) whose function is to protect the membrane against mechanical influences. injuries.

The laminate consists of three basic layers. However, in addition to the three base layers, said laminate can also be fabricated as a multilayer material, if functionally necessary. Additional layers, in addition to the three basic ones, can be added to the basic laminate to improve the load-bearing capacity, to improve the thermal insulation of the laminate, or. to improve moisture distribution in the shoe for

dosego čim večje površine preko katere bi vlaga v obliki pare prešla preko propustne membrane iz notranjosti čevlja v smeri navzven.reaching as high a surface as possible through which moisture in the form of steam would pass through a permeable membrane from the inside of the shoe outwards.
