The mask according to claim 1, wherein the filtering one-way flow guiding middle layer (2) comprises a filtering layer and a one-way flow guiding structure (6) arranged on the filtering layer, and the one-way flow guiding structure (6) is used for preventing water from flowing backwards when air is sucked.
