Description

Fishing clothes
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fishing dress (fishing wear).
Background
In the prior art, fishing clothing is known, for example, having an outer layer and an inner layer, wherein the outer layer has a water-repellent property; the inner layer is disposed on the back surface of the outer layer and has water absorption (see, for example, patent documents 1 and 2).
In the fishing garment described in patent document 2, water droplets that have entered the inside of the sleeves and are absorbed by the liner having moisture absorption (moisture absorption) are prevented from spreading over the entire liner by the resin material. Specifically, the hygroscopic liner is partitioned by the band-shaped resin material at a predetermined position from the cuff toward the elbow side, and water droplets entering the hygroscopic liner on the cuff side partitioned by the resin material are absorbed.

Disclosure of Invention
[ problem to be solved by the invention ]
However, since the absorbed water droplets are prevented from diffusing throughout the hygroscopic liner by the resin material, the amount of water that can be absorbed by the liner having water absorption is restricted. That is, there is a problem that when water is saturated, the water droplets contact the skin of the wearer, and the comfort is reduced.
Further, in such a structure, if it is intended to increase the water absorption amount, it is necessary to increase the material thickness of the liner having water absorption property to increase the water absorption amount in the spaced cuff-side region. Therefore, there is room for improvement in that the cuffs of clothing (wear) are thick and make it difficult for the wearer to move, thereby hindering the clothing function.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a fishing garment which can maintain wearability without impairing the garment function thereof, and can further improve the comfort of the wearer.
[ means for solving the problems ]
(1) The fishing clothing is characterized by comprising an outer layer, an inner layer and an intermediate layer, wherein the outer layer has waterproofness; the inner layer is disposed inside the outer layer; the intermediate layer is disposed between the outer layer and the inner layer and has water-absorbing properties.
According to the fishing garment of the present invention, since the outer layer is made of a waterproof material, it is possible to prevent the slosh and rainwater from entering the back side of the outer layer through the outer layer. Water droplets that are immersed from the cuff, moisture of sweat that is given off by the wearer's skin penetrate the inner layer or bypass the inner layer to the intermediate layer between the inner and outer layers and are absorbed. That is, in the present invention, the water droplets can be prevented from being absorbed into the inner layer or adhering to the inner layer. Therefore, the contact of the moisture with the skin of the wearer can be suppressed, and the comfort of the wearer can be maintained.
In the present invention, the intermediate layer can be disposed over substantially the entire rear surface of the outer layer. Therefore, the locally absorbed moisture permeates and diffuses to the entire intermediate layer, and therefore the water absorption amount of the intermediate layer can be sufficiently ensured. For example, even in the case where a large amount of water droplets are immersed from the cuff, the water absorption of the intermediate layer is not saturated and the intermediate layer can have a sufficient water absorption amount. In this way, the following can be suppressed: the moisture is saturated beyond the allowable water absorption amount, and is attached to the inside of the clothing (fishing clothing), and the moisture contacts the skin of the wearer, so that the comfort of the wearer cannot be maintained.
In the present invention, the absorbed water droplets are spread over the entire intermediate layer as described above, and a sufficient water absorption amount is ensured, so that it is not necessary to take measures to increase the thickness of the intermediate layer in order to increase the water absorption amount as in the conventional art. Therefore, the increase of the cost of the components can be suppressed, the defect that the movement of the wearer is obstructed due to the increase of the thickness can be eliminated, and the wearability of the fishing clothes can be kept when fishing.
(2) Can be as follows: the fishing garment is characterized in that the inner layer has a through portion which penetrates through a portion formed on the opening end portion side of the garment in the thickness direction and communicates the inside of the garment with the intermediate layer.
In this case, water droplets entering from the opening end reach the intermediate layer from the portion on the opening end side of the inner layer through the penetration portion and are absorbed. That is, the water droplets entering from the open end portion are absorbed by the intermediate layer immediately before entering between the inner layer and the skin of the wearer on the inner side of the garment, and thus the water droplets from the open end portion can be suppressed from entering between the inner layer and the skin. As described above, in the present invention, the contact of moisture with the skin of the wearer can be more reliably suppressed, and a comfortable state can be continuously maintained.
(3) Preferably: the distance from the open end to the distal end of the inner layer formed on the open end side of the garment and the distance from the distal end of the intermediate layer formed on the open end side of the garment are longer than the distance from the open end to the distal end of the outer layer formed on the open end side of the garment, and the distance from the distal end of the inner layer to the open end is longer than the distance from the distal end of the intermediate layer to the open end.
In this case, since the portion of the distal end portion of the inner layer on the open end portion side and the portion of the distal end portion of the intermediate layer on the open end portion side are open, water droplets entering from the portion on the open end portion side reach the portion on the open end portion side of the intermediate layer directly and are absorbed. That is, for example, water droplets that have entered from the open end portion of the cuff or the like are absorbed by the intermediate layer immediately before entering between the inner layer and the skin of the wearer. Therefore, the water droplets from the open end portion can be suppressed from entering between the inner layer and the skin, and the comfort of the wearer can be further improved.
(4) Can be as follows: the fishing garment is characterized in that the inner layer is made of a waterproof material.
In this case, since the inner layer has water repellency, water droplets entering from the cuff are blocked by the inner layer and easily reach the end portion side of the intermediate layer. The water droplets that reach the intermediate layer are absorbed by the intermediate layer. That is, the water droplets entering from the open end portion are less likely to enter between the inner layer and the skin of the wearer, and the contact of moisture with the skin of the wearer can be more reliably suppressed, and a comfortable state can be continuously maintained.
(5) Can be as follows: the fishing clothing is characterized in that the inner layer is made of a material having moisture permeability (moisture permeability).
In this case, moisture generated from the wearer's skin permeates the inner layer to be absorbed by the intermediate layer. That is, the moisture is not absorbed by the inner layer in contact with the wearer's skin. Therefore, the humidity in the garment can be reduced, the environment in the garment can be improved, and the comfort can be improved.
(6) Can be as follows: the fishing garment is characterized in that the middle layer is continuous from the cuff to the elbow in the face direction.
In this case, the temperature inside the garment is lowered, and therefore the environment inside the garment can be improved.
[ Effect of the invention ]
According to the fishing garment of the present invention, the wearing performance can be maintained without impairing the garment function, and the comfort of the wearer can be further improved.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the fishing garment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the scale of each component may be appropriately changed as necessary in order to make the component visually recognizable.
(embodiment 1)
As shown in fig. 1, the fishing suit 1 according to embodiment 1 is a waterproof suit (rain suit) worn during fishing, and is a jacket having a hood (hood) 14. The fishing suit 1 has left and right sleeve portions 10, a front surface portion 11, a rear surface portion 12, and a neckline portion (tack) 13, wherein the sleeve portions 10 are formed in a cylindrical shape; the front surface portion 11 is provided to be openable and closable by a zipper (fastener). The fishing suit 1 has a function of preventing water such as rainwater and spray from being soaked in, and has a function of preventing cold.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fishing garment 1 has an outer layer 2, an inner layer 3 and an intermediate layer 4, and has a three-layer structure in which these three layers are laminated, wherein the outer layer 2 is made of a material having water resistance; the inner layer 3 is arranged on the inner side of the outer layer 2 and is made of a material having water resistance and moisture permeability; the intermediate layer 4 is disposed between the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3, and has water absorption (moisture absorption). Fig. 2 and 3 show the sleeve 10. Next, an example of the structure of the sleeve 10 in the fishing garment 1 will be described. The sleeve 10 includes a sleeve body 10A and a cuff 10B located on the open end 10A side of the sleeve body 10A. The cuff 10B is constituted by the outer layer 2.
Here, the fishing garment 1 is described below with the side exposed outward in the thickness direction as the outer side and the back side of the wearer M shown in fig. 3 on the skin Ma side as the inner side.
In the following description, water and water droplets are unified into water W1, and the water W is defined as a liquid in which water molecules are connected by hydrogen bonding and the apparent molecular weight is large. In addition, water vapor (moisture W2) is defined as a gas in a state where water molecules exist in a monomer form.
The outer layer 2 is formed longer than the inner layer 3 and the intermediate layer 4 on the opening end portion 10a side of the sleeve portion 10. The distal end portion 3c of the inner layer 3 on the open end 10a side and the distal end portion 4c of the intermediate layer 4 on the open end 10a side are shorter than the distal end portion of the outer layer 2 on the elbow side of the sleeve 10. That is, the distance from the open end 10a to the distal end 3c of the inner layer 3 and the distal end 4c of the intermediate layer 4 is longer than the distance from the open end 10a to the distal end on the open end side of the outer layer 2. In the present embodiment, the position of the top end portion 3c of the inner layer 3 and the position of the top end portion 4c of the intermediate layer 4 on the cuff 10B side coincide. In addition, the intermediate layer 4 is shorter in length than the inner layer 3. The inner surface 2a of the outer layer 2 is connected to the outer surface 4b of the intermediate layer 4 by spot bonding, surface bonding or sewing. In this way, the sleeve 10 has the through portion 10b formed closer to the open end 10a than the distal end 3c of the inner layer 3 and the distal end 4c of the intermediate layer 4, and the through portion 10b communicates with the distal end 4c of the intermediate layer 4 from the skin Ma side of the wearer M.
As the waterproof cloth of the outer layer 2, for example, a cloth to which a waterproof film, a coating (coating), or the like is applied is used. As the waterproof film, a polyurethane film (polyurethane film), a cloth in which surface waterproofing and a waterproof film laminated cloth are combined, or the like can be used. As the coating layer, PU (polyurethane) coating, PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coating, or the like can be used.
The inner layer 3 is provided in a state of being laminated on the inner surface 4a of the intermediate layer 4. The outer surface 3b of the inner layer 3 is connected to the inner surface 4a of the intermediate layer 4 by spot bonding, surface bonding or sewing.
As a material of the cloth of the inner layer 3, for example, a waterproof cloth to which a waterproof film, a coating layer, or the like is applied and which has moisture permeability is used as in the outer layer 2. That is, the inner layer 3 is a material that is not permeable to water W1 but permeable to only moisture W2 (water vapor). That is, in the fishing garment 1, the moisture W2 penetrating the inner layer 3 from the inside is absorbed by the inner surface 4a of the intermediate layer 4 having water-absorbing property.
The intermediate layer 4 is continuous in the face direction from the cuff 10B to the elbow. The intermediate layer 4 is provided so that water W1 entering from the cuff 10B can be absorbed by the intermediate layer 4 through the through-hole 10B. The intermediate layer 4 is connected to the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3 by spot bonding, surface bonding or sewing. Since the layers are bonded to each other in this manner, the bonding is performed without inhibiting the absorption of the moisture W2 that has passed through the inner layer 3.
As the material of the water-absorbent and moisture-absorbent fabric of the intermediate layer 4, for example, a material having a shape (knitted fabric (tricot), pile, napped knitted fabric, or the like) in which the water absorption is quick-drying and the surface area is large such as a pile (pile) shape, can be used so as to easily absorb water droplets.
Next, the operation of the fishing suit 1 configured as above will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
In the fishing suit 1 of the present embodiment, since the outer layer 2 is made of a waterproof material, water W1 formed of spray or rainwater can be prevented from entering the back side (inner surface 2a side) of the outer layer 2 through the outer layer 2. The water W1 soaked from the cuff 10B, the moisture W2 of sweat excreted from the skin Ma of the wearer M permeate the inner layer 3 or bypass the inner layer 3 to reach the intermediate layer 4 between the inner layer 3 and the outer layer 2 and be absorbed.
That is, in the present embodiment, the water droplets (water W1) can be prevented from being absorbed by the inner layer 3 or adhering to the inner layer 3. Therefore, the contact of moisture with the skin Ma of the wearer M can be suppressed, so that the comfort of the wearer M can be maintained.
In the fishing garment 1 according to the present embodiment, the intermediate layer 4 can be disposed over substantially the entire inner surface 2a of the outer layer 2. Therefore, the water (water W1, moisture W2) that absorbs moisture locally permeates and diffuses to the entire intermediate layer 4, and therefore the water absorption amount of the intermediate layer 4 can be sufficiently ensured. For example, even when a large amount of water W1 is introduced from the cuff 10B, the water absorbed by the intermediate layer 4 and the moisture absorbed by moisture are not saturated, and the intermediate layer 4 can have a sufficient water absorption amount. In this way, the following can be suppressed: the moisture is saturated beyond the allowable water absorption amount and adheres to the inside of the fishing garment 1, and the comfort of the wearer M cannot be maintained because the moisture contacts the skin Ma of the wearer M.
In the present embodiment, the absorbed moisture (water W1 and moisture W2) is configured to be diffused over the entire range of the intermediate layer 4 as described above to ensure a sufficient water absorption amount, and therefore, it is not necessary to adopt a measure of increasing the thickness of the intermediate layer 4 in order to increase the water absorption amount as in the conventional art. Therefore, the increase in the cost of the components can be suppressed, the inconvenience of hindering the movement of the wearer M due to the increase in the thickness can be eliminated, and the wearability as the fishing suit 1 can be maintained when fishing is performed.
In the present embodiment, the configuration is such that: the distal end portion 3c of the inner layer 3 on the side of the open end 10a of the sleeve 10 and the distal end portion 4c of the intermediate layer 4 on the side of the open end 10a of the sleeve 10 are shorter than the outer layer 2 on the elbow side, and the length of the intermediate layer 4 is shorter than the inner layer 3.
In this case, the front end portion 3c of the inner layer 3 and the front end portion 4c of the intermediate layer 4 are open, and therefore the water W1 entering from the open portion directly reaches and is absorbed by the front end portion 4c of the intermediate layer 4. That is, for example, water W1 that is immersed from the open end portion 10a of the cuff 10 is absorbed by the intermediate layer 4 immediately before being immersed between the inner layer 3 and the skin Ma of the wearer M. Therefore, the water W1 from the open end 10a can be suppressed from entering between the inner layer 3 and the skin Ma, and the comfort of the wearer M can be further improved.
In the present embodiment, the inner layer 3 is a material having water repellency and moisture permeability. That is, since the inner layer 3 has water-proof properties, the water W1 entering from the cuff 10B is blocked by the inner layer 3 and easily reaches the tip end portion 4c side of the intermediate layer 4. The water W1 that has reached the intermediate layer 4 is absorbed by the intermediate layer 4. That is, the water W1 entering from the open end 10a does not easily enter between the inner layer 3 and the skin Ma of the wearer M, and the contact between the water and the skin Ma can be more reliably suppressed, so that a comfortable state can be continuously maintained.
In this case, since the inner layer 3 also has moisture permeability, moisture W2 generated from the skin Ma of the wearer M permeates the inner layer 3 and is absorbed by the intermediate layer 4. That is, the moisture W2 is not absorbed by the inner layer 3 in contact with the skin Ma of the wearer M. Therefore, the humidity in the fishing garment 1 can be reduced, the environment in the garment can be improved, and the comfort can be improved.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the intermediate layer 4 is continuous in the planar direction from the cuff 10B to the elbow, the temperature or humidity inside the garment is lowered, and the environment inside the garment can be improved.
The fishing garment 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above can further improve the comfort of the wearer M while maintaining the wearability without impairing the garment function.
Next, a fishing garment according to another embodiment will be described. Note that components having the same functions as those of the components of embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted because they will be repeated.
(embodiment 2)
Next, the fishing suit 1A according to embodiment 2 shown in fig. 4 is configured such that: in fishing suit 1 of embodiment 1 described above, the distance from open end 10a to tip end 3c of inner layer 3 is longer than the distance from open end 10a to tip end 4c of intermediate layer 4. That is, the distal end portion 3c of the inner layer 3 is located on the elbow side of the distal end portion 4c of the intermediate layer 4. That is, the inner layer 3 has the 2 nd through-hole 10c formed at a position closer to the open end 10a than the distal end portion 3c, and the 2 nd through-hole 10c penetrates in the thickness direction and communicates the skin Ma of the wearer M with the inner surface 4a of the intermediate layer 4.
The materials of the outer layer 2, the inner layer 3, and the intermediate layer 4 of embodiment 2 are the same as those of embodiment 1. That is, the outer layer 2 has water repellency, the inner layer has water repellency and moisture permeability, and the intermediate layer 4 has water absorbency and moisture absorbency.
In the fishing garment 1A according to embodiment 2 configured as described above, the water W1 entering from the opening end 10a reaches the intermediate layer 4 from the distal end portion 3c on the opening end 10a side of the inner layer 3 through the 2 nd through-hole 10c and is absorbed. That is, the water W1 entering from the open end 10a of the sleeve 10 is absorbed by the intermediate layer 4 immediately before entering between the inner layer 3 and the skin Ma of the wearer M, and thus the water W1 from the open end 10a can be suppressed from entering between the inner layer 3 and the skin Ma. As described above, in embodiment 2, the contact of moisture with the skin Ma of the wearer M can be more reliably suppressed, and a comfortable state can be continuously maintained.
(embodiment 3)
Next, as shown in fig. 5, the fishing suit 1B according to embodiment 3 is configured such that: in the fishing garment 1 according to embodiment 1 described above, the inner layer 3 is made of a material having only water-repellent properties.
As a material of the cloth of the inner layer 3, for example, a material having only water repellency to which a water-repellent film, a coating, or the like is applied, which is the same as that of the outer layer 2, can be used. That is, the inner layer 3 is a material that does not allow water W1 and moisture W2 (water vapor) to permeate therethrough. The materials of the outer layer 2 and the intermediate layer 4 in embodiment 3 are the same as those in embodiment 1 described above. That is, the outer layer 2 has water repellency, and the intermediate layer 4 has water absorption and moisture absorption.
In the fishing garment 1B according to embodiment 3, since the inner layer 3 has only waterproofness, the water W1 entering from the open end 10a of the cuff 10B is blocked by the inner layer 3 and easily reaches the tip end portion 4c side of the intermediate layer 4.
(embodiment 4)
As shown in fig. 6, the fishing suit 1C according to embodiment 4 is configured such that: in the fishing garment 1 according to embodiment 1 described above, a plurality of holes 31 (penetrating portions) are provided in a portion (formation region 3A) of the inner layer 3 on the tip end portion 3c side. The plurality of holes 31 penetrate in the thickness direction of the inner layer 3 to communicate between the skin Ma of the wearer M and the intermediate layer 4.
The cross-sectional shape, the hole diameter, the number, and other configurations of the holes 31 are not particularly limited, and can be set arbitrarily. Further, the distance from the formation region 3A in which the plurality of holes 31 are arranged, that is, the distal end portion 3c of the inner layer 3 to the elbow side can be set as appropriate.
The materials of the outer layer 2, the inner layer 3, and the intermediate layer 4 in embodiment 4 are the same as those in embodiment 1 described above. That is, the outer layer 2 has water repellency, the inner layer 3 has water repellency and moisture permeability, and the intermediate layer 4 has water absorbency and moisture absorbency.
In the fishing garment 1C according to embodiment 4, the water W1 entering from the opening end portion 10a of the sleeve portion 10 passes through the plurality of holes 31 provided in the formation region 3A on the tip end portion 3C side of the inner layer 3, reaches the intermediate layer 4, and is absorbed. That is, the water W1 entering from the open end 10a is absorbed by the intermediate layer 4 immediately before entering between the inner layer 3 and the skin Ma of the wearer M, whereby the water W1 from the open end 10a can be suppressed from entering between the inner layer 3 and the skin Ma. As described above, in the present embodiment, contact between moisture and the skin Ma can be more reliably suppressed, and a comfortable state can be continuously maintained.
(embodiment 5)
As shown in fig. 7, the fishing suit 1D of embodiment 5 is set to: in the fishing garment 1 of embodiment 1 described above, the lengths of the inner layer 3 and the intermediate layer 4 are the same as those of the outer layer 2. That is, the distal end portion 3c of the inner layer 3 and the distal end portion 4c of the intermediate layer 4 are provided at the same position as the distal end portion of the outer layer 2 in the axial direction of the sleeve portion 10, and constitute the open end portion 10a of the sleeve portion 10.
The materials of the outer layer 2, the inner layer 3, and the intermediate layer 4 in embodiment 5 are the same as those in embodiment 1 described above. That is, the outer layer 2 has water repellency, the inner layer 3 has water repellency and moisture permeability, and the intermediate layer 4 has water absorbency and moisture absorbency.
In the fishing suit 1D according to embodiment 5, the cuff 10B is brought into close contact with the skin Ma of the wearer M, whereby the entry of water W1 from the open end portion 10a can be suppressed. The water W1 near the open end 10a is absorbed by the tip portion 4c of the intermediate layer 4, and the moisture W2 of the sweat generated from the skin Ma of the wearer M permeates the inner layer 3 to reach the intermediate layer 4 between the inner layer 3 and the outer layer 2 and is absorbed. In this case, since the inner layer 3 and the intermediate layer 4 are provided over the entire axial range of the sleeve portion 10, the moisture W2 generated from the skin Ma permeates through the inner layer 3 and is reliably absorbed by the intermediate layer 4.
Therefore, the water droplets (water W1) can be prevented from being absorbed by the inner layer 3 or adhering to the inner layer 3. Therefore, the moisture can be suppressed from contacting the skin Ma of the wearer M, so that the comfort of the wearer M can be maintained.
The embodiments of the fishing clothing of the present invention have been described above, but these embodiments are provided as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
