Abstract

The subject of invention is a process and a device for preparation, cutting and arranging lamellae into an endless tape of insulation core, preferentially mineral wool as the core of lightweight building panels. The invention presented upgrades the equipment and working process of a part of the production line of lightweight building panels based on the lightweight building panel production technology with cut up and arranging of lamellae, in fact for all types of panels which contain the mineral wool core and meet the requirements for good mechanical properties and at the same time for high fire resistance, sound insulation and inflammability. The equipment and the process are part of the continuous production line for lightweight building panels, which is very flexible (changes during its operation, exchange of tools with very short stoppages) and highly productive at the same time. It considers environmental aspects and aspects of health and safety of employees. The process is automatized, as any part of the equipment, to which it belongs.

Pri proizvodnji lahkih gradbenih plošč po kontinuiranem postopku prihaja do prekinitev zaradi neavtomatiziranega in/ali neoptimiranega postopka (oziroma naprav) za pripravo in dostavo izolativnega polnila na linijo za izdelavo lahkih gradbeni plošč. Do prekinitev prihaja tako, pri transportu palet mineralne volne oziroma drugega polnila, kot na liniji za izdelavo lamelnega traku iz mineralne volne. Ena od operacij, ki potrebuje veliko časa je uporabljani horizontalni razrez plošč polnila in obračanje vsake lamele posebej v pravilno lego za nadaljnji postopek, kar se da uspešno razrešiti s tehnično rešitvijo razreza s setom orodij na vertikalni osi, ki ima več rezil razmaknjenih za ustrezno razdaljo, ali s pomočjo horizontalnega traku za žaganje z vmesnim mehanizmom za vodenje med posameznimi vertikalnimi ploščami volne, hkrati pa so lamele pravilno orientirane z enim samim obratom celotne plošče polnila. It is also necessary to stop the process when replacing the cutting tool due to the change in the dimensions (thickness) of lightweight construction panels or due to the wear of the blades, which can be resolved by the proper design of the device, so that the cutting tool set or cutting tape can be replaced during the process if the line for the production of lamella tape with the accumulation of a sufficient quantity of lamella allows us to do this. With the same filler plates, lightweight construction panels of different thicknesses can be made according to the present invention, which necessitates the production of less covered storage rooms according to the invention. Cutting the panels into lamellae on the line itself reduces the necessary manipulation of the lamellae, which automatically reduces the possibility of mechanical damage to the lamellae and has a beneficial effect on the manufacturing tolerance and the amount of waste material. The non-optimized thickness of lightweight building boards also makes the use of materials more wasteful, which also increases production costs, while also increasing the amount of waste being an environmental problem.

Prvi postopek, ki je bil razvit v osemdesetih letih, temelji na razrezu, obračanju in urejanju lamel mineralne volne ob ali v samem kontinuiranem postopku izdelave lahkih gradbenih plošč. Poznan je postopek, ki sta ga ločeno razvila Trimo ali Paroc in so ga pozneje posnemali tudi nekateri drugi. Značilnost postopka je stopničasti zamik. Pri izvajanju postopka je smiselno opremo za izdelavo čim bolj poenostaviti in s tem poceniti. Zagotoviti je potrebno, čim boljšo homogenost vhodnega materiala (mineralne volne), saj se v nasprotnem primem pojavijo motnje v obratovanju, kar znižuje produktivnost in povečuje delež odpada. Potrebno je dosegati čim boljše tolerance mineralne volne saj zaradi razreza nastaja precej odpadkov mineralne volne, kar povišuje stroške izdelave lahkih gradbenih plošč. Changing the thickness of lightweight building boards on the line requires, when changing tools, stopping production, resulting in reduced productivity, as well as changing different input materials (wool) usually requires stopping the entire line. Interconnection of the lamellae with the help of adhesive adversely affects the characteristics of the panels in terms of flammability and fire resistance, and the interfacial contact of the lamellae without adhesive does not guarantee constant mechanical characteristics in length and cross section. In the case of non-homogeneous mineral wool, maintaining a constant lag between the blades in the package when arranging the blades without gluing the wool makes it difficult to make corrective interventions or devices. Difficulties also arise in providing narrow cutting tolerances and maintaining the height tolerances between the lamellae in the wool strip when arranging and transporting to the double strip, so corrective measures are needed with additional preparation or increased adhesive consumption.

Drugi postopek temelji na principu narinjenih vlaken mineralne volne in se v kontinuiranem postopku izdelave lahkih gradbenih plošč vlaga v obliki predoblikovanih (obrušenih in obrezkanih) plošč mineralne volne, ki je bil razvit koncem devetdesetih let. Poznan je postopek, ki ga je vpeljala firma Hoesch skupaj z dobaviteljem Rockwool. In this process, the input materials (slabs of mineral wool) need to be pretreated (double-sided and laterally milled) to tolerances, which significantly increases the price of the input material. Different thicknesses of the plates have to be provided for different thicknesses of the input materials, which is a logistical problem and increases the costs with the supplier (frequent thickness changes in the production process). To ensure continuous production of panels (different thicknesses), larger inventories of input material and thus larger covered storage areas are required, which increases the cost of production. The fiber tapping technology does not achieve the same mechanical characteristics and the uniform reproducibility of these characteristics in comparison with the vertically oriented fibers in the slats, with less mineral wool producers for this technology, the technology of making such wool more demanding and thus the wool more expensive. The insertion of wool boards on a continuous line for lightweight building boards is either side or partial step-over, which is a weak point since bonding is required, with bonded jointed joints having poorer fire and flame retardant characteristics.
