Abstract

Asrc 6 An automatic of defect insp ection for the arc surface its , contains two stages : (i) Training. Collect sample image s to build a training set, and manually mark all the defect regions on the sample image s; for each image in the training set, perform a defect pre-targeting process to get the possible defect regions set R; compare the regions in set R with the manually marked defect regions, then according to the degree of coincidence, divide them into negative and positive samples which are then used to train the deep neural network model off-line, output the categories and coordinates of the defect regions. (ii) Online inspection. Collect the images of the arc surface to be inspected; perform the defect pre-targeting process to get set R; input set R into the network model to get the categories and coordinates of the defect region. The invention has the advantages of high adaptability, high real-time performance and high recognition accuracy.
