Abstract
FP0475-00 32 SOLID IMMERSION LENS HOLDER AND IMAGE ACQUISITION DEVICE A solid immersion lens holder 8 includes a first member 70 having a first opening 71 disposing a spherical face portion 6a therein so 5 that a part of the spherical face portion 6a protrudes toward an objective lens 21 side and a second member 80 having a second opening 87 disposing a contact portion 6d therein so that a contact face 6f protrudes toward a side opposite to the objective lens 21 side. The first member 70 includes three plate members 93 disposed on the objective lens 21 10 side with respect to the first opening 71. Each of the three plate members 93 is provided with a protrusion portion 73 capable of contacting the spherical face portion 6a. Fig. 4 15
