Abstract
DRAIN VALVE WITH ROTATABLE ANGLED OUTLET Drain valves with rotatable angled outlets that can be rotated without allowing flow or stopping flow through the valve, containers including the valves, and methods of using the valves, are disclosed. (Figure 1)
