The element (1) is constructed in its supporting part of wood or a steel framework (20) having pairs of beams (2) fixed vertically (A) at a distance in relation to one another with force-extracting stiffening uprights (2) extending between the beams and fully covering insulation (4, 6) on beams (2) and uprights (3).
