This invention concerns a pre-fabricated supporting outer wall element (1) primarily designed for cold outer walls, apartment outer walls or curtain wall elements. The element (1) is constructed in its supporting part of wood or a steel framework (20) having pairs of beams (2) fixed vertically (A) at a distance in relation to one another with force-extracting stiffening uprights (2) extending between the beams and fully covering insulation (4, 6) on beams (2) and uprights (3).
