Abstract

The injection supplementary amount for the first combustion is determined after the re-insertion of the cut-out cylinder, depending on the residual gas in this cylinder. Individual cylinders can be cut out for drive slip regulation, wheels driving engine or limiting rpm of engine or the speed of the vehicle. A corrected load value (t1sum) is formed by the additive superimposition of a correction value (dt1rgs) depending on the residual with the load value (t1) of the engine. This value is divided with a specified air coefficient (lambda). The injection amount required for the adjustment of this desired air coefficient is determined.
