Abstract
The object of the invention is a device for circulating water, which comprises a floating frame (1) situated on the surface of the water, attached to it and above it a wind-rotor (2) which is arranged to rotate on an axle (3), gearing (4) connected to the axle, a shroud (5) stretching downwards from the frame, and a mechanism (6) which is connected to the axle of the wind-rotor through gears in order to ampoule water along the shroud. The present devices operated by wind-power are neither sufficiently durable nor reliable to be used for circulating and oxygenating water. In this device in accordance with the present invention the wind-rotor (2) is fitted with segment shaped vanes (7) and that the outer sides (8) of the frame are sloped from above downwards and outward.
