Abstract

The method provides a display of pictures, movies, video, television, broadcasting or other information display (1) to people (2) travelling by a vehicle (5). Images are displayed on a display area (3) outside the vehicle on a tunnel wall (6) or other surface which laterally (7) delimits the path of the vehicle, for e.g. a tunnel (20). - Images are projected from a display apparatus fixed to the vehicle and with sound transmission to the interior of the vehicle. A number of LCD plates are arranged adjacent to the window of the vehicle and are influenced by the light transmitted to provide an external picture display. Bar-codes are read to control the display in response to the location of the train etc.
