Abstract

The coupling has a body (21') in which is slidably fitted a holder which supports an elongate engagement head (25'). When this head has been inserted in a space at the rear of a rectangular slot, the whole support arm is turned through 90 deg. so that the head adopts a position at right-angles to the slot, and the coupling can be drawn out by means of a manipulating screw (27). - The screw activates an inclined surface on the holder so that it is drawn into the body. An adaptor block (45c) encompassing the holder can be used to produce a smooth connection between the support arm and a cylindrical holder component. (Dwg.No.6)
