Abstract

A wiper blade for motor vehicles has a wiping element (6) Fig. 1 attached to a harness comprising a main bridge (1), intermediate yokes (2) and secondary yokes (3), with at least one of the components (1,2,3) of said superstructure being replaced by at least one air deflecting device (14) Figs. 6, 11. In a preferred form, at least one device (14) replaces at least one secondary yoke, with each air deflecting device (14) extending parallel to and at a certain distance from the wiping element (6). The device (14) has attachment members (16,19,21) for securing it to one of the yokes (2) and has additional attachment members (17,4') for securing the deflector to the wiping element (6). <IMAGE>
