Abstract

1,040,936. Windscreen wiper harnesses. TRICO-FOLBERTH Ltd. Feb. 17, 1964 [Feb. 20, 1963], No. 6859/63. Heading A4F. A windscreen wiper harness has at least one part shaped to present an inclined surface to air flow parallel to the windscreen to create a force urging the harness towards the windscreen the part being formed with louvres 12 opening above the inclined surface facing towards its rear edge. The inverted V-shaped yokes 2, 4 have staggered louvres 12 on both sides facing towards the apex of the V. In asymmetrically shaped harnesses, louvres are provided on the windward side only.
