A coupling member for connecting a main yoke to an auxiliary yoke in a windscreen wiper blade assembly comprises a single compartment 14, e.g, of resilient plastics material, having a recess 19 of U-shaped cross-section for receiving an end of a main yoke 12, projections 20 extending into the recess 19 for engaging in apertures in the main yoke 12, and projections 22 for pivotal engagement in apertures in an auxiliary yoke 13.
