Abstract
The method for making up a ready mixture of baking, filling and moulding masses can be used in the pastry, cakes and biscuits and confectionery industry. The object of the invention using a low technical or technological input is to produce a ready mixture, which is composed of available raw materials, has good keeping properties and can be further processed into a variety of products by the addition of suitable ingredients. The essence of the invention resides in the fact that a ready mixture of milled grain products, ground in an extruder, for example, is used for the manufacture. The desired unprocessed masses or products can be made up by adding liquids, capillary syrup and aromatics.
