Abstract
The invention relates to a composite structure comprising prefabricated reinforced-concrete crossmembers and prefabricated reinforced-concrete floor units for reinforced-concrete skeleton structures. The aim of the invention is a considerable saving in reinforcement (approximately 30%) in the prefabricated reinforced-concrete crossmembers and/or a reduction in the structural dimensions of crossmember height and floor height or an increase in the crossmember span with an additional reduction of the necessary concrete material. The problem was, by redistributing the stresses, to reduce the shear forces between prefabricated reinforced-concrete crossmembers and prefabricated reinforced-concrete floor units and to permit prefabricated reinforced-concrete crossmembers and prefabricated reinforced-concrete floor units to act as T-beams. The redistribution of the forces is effected in that between the end sides of the prefabricated reinforced-concrete floor units, on the prefabricated reinforced-concrete crossmembers, there is arranged in situ concrete which has been forced into the openings of the prefabricated reinforced-concrete floor units and in which reinforcement members project out of the prefabricated reinforced-concrete crossmembers, and in that the tension-reinforcement members of the prefabricated reinforced-concrete crossmembers are fastened on steel angles on the end sides of the prefabricated reinforced-concrete crossmembers. The ratio of the height of the prefabricated reinforced-concrete floor units to the height of the entire T-beam has to be -1/3. The invention can be used for all reinforced-concrete skeleton structures in construction work for industry and public buildings.
