Abstract

A device for a heating pump suggested as the type where air is compressed and the energy contained in the compressed air is used for heating of a secondary medium, like water in a circulating heating system. The air is compressed by a motor (2) driven air compressor (1) and is thereafter led into a pressure tank (3) where it is made to emit part of its heat content by being led into transport ducts (4) surrounded by heat exchange channels (5) containing the secondary media, like water in a heating conduit system for a water heater in a house or the like, after which the air is brought from the pressure tank (3) passes through a pipe (7) to an air-powered motor (8), that is powered by this air, whereby the air-powered motor's (8) outgoing effect applies the motor axel to the motor (2) which drives the air compressor (1).<IMAGE>
