Abstract

In order to provide a useful quantity of heat in the cooling water leaving refrigerant condensers, a battery 10' of condensers 11 are accommodated in a housing one behind the other, with the water inlet ducts and water outlet ducts aligned in first and second rows and connected to a flow line 17 and a return line 18, respectively, the inlet and outlet ducts 30, 33 for the refrigerant being provided with connecting means for the connection of separate cooling apparatus 36, 37 or 38. <IMAGE>
