Abstract

The present invention relates to a method and an arrangement related to keeping buildings heated by means of inlet air led through flow channels provided in a concrete building part for heat exchange with the mass of concrete prior to being introduced into the building. An objective of the present invention is to improve the utilising of the heat accumulating ability of the concrete mass of building parts by letting the building parts serve as counterflow heat exchangers. The invention consists in that discharge air, the utility of which is exhausted, is carried away from the compartments of the building via channels 19 running in the concrete building part 1 during indirect heat exchange with inlet air flowing in the flow channels 2, 3 to be let into the compartments of the building for keeping temperature and for maintaining fresh air. <IMAGE>
