Abstract
Compounds of the formula I <IMAGE> and their acid addition compounds, where R1 is a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, R2 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or the trifluoromethyl group and R3 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, are obtained by reacting acyldiamines of the formula IV <IMAGE> with an excess of phosphorus oxychloride such that the reaction remains at the boiling point of the latter throughout its course, removing the unreacted phosphorus oxychloride and the other inorganic constituents from the resulting mixture of the compounds of the general formulae II and III <IMAGE> and subsequently converting the mixture of isomers with alkali metal alkoxides in suitable solvents at elevated temperature into the compounds of the general formula I in which R3 is an alkyl group, or to prepare the compounds of the general formula I in which R3 is a hydrogen atom, reacting the mixture of isomers with alkali metal hydroxides or alkali metal carbonates in suitable solvents at elevated temperature, or reacting the mixture of isomers with alkali metal acetate and subsequently with dilute alkali metal hydroxide solution. The compounds have pharmacological activity.
