1450227 Spring brake actuators BENDIX WESTINGHOUSE Ltd 28 Feb 1975 [30 March 1974 19 April 1974] 14227/74 and 17392/74 Heading F2F A spring brake actuator includes a housing having a pressurable chamber 6 with a pressure responsive wall 7, a spring 16 located in an enclosure 18 and which is compressed by supplying pressure fluid to chamber 6 and there is provided a breathing path to atmosphere via drillings 19, a plastic foam filter and a labyrinth formed by projections 25, 26 from the parts 20, 21 of an encircling band which seals the join between the parts of the housing.
