1360443 Automatic control of paper-making INDUSTRIAL NUCLEONICS CORP 19 April 1971 [3 Feb 1970] 01507/74 Divided out of 1360442 Heading G3N The subject-matter of this Specification is identical with that described in Specification No. 1360442 but the claims are concerned with an apparatus and a method for controlling parameters of a fibrous sheet during change from an initial value set to a final value set, the sheet being produced by a machine having a stock valve for controlling the flow of fibre feed and a steam drier with a steam valve, the valves being controlled by actuators, and a device for controlling the speed of sheet production, the sets of parameters being used to calculate trajectories for the changes to be made to the valves and speed controlling device during a change which are read out in a co-ordinated manner.
