Claims (1)
- Ett förfarande för blekning av massa framställd från återvunnet textilmaterial som innefattar cellulosa, vilket nämnt förfarande innefattar att: - utsätta massan för ett första bleksteg (4; 14); - tvätta (5; 15) massan från det första bleksteget, och - utsätta massan från tvättningen för ett andra bleksteg (8; 18), varvid det första bleksteget innefattar väteperoxidblekning, och varvid nämnda andra bleksteg innefattar ozonblekning. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, varvid, i nämnda andra bleksteg (8; 18), nämnda ozonblekning följs direkt av väteperoxidblekning. Förfarande enligt något av föregående patentkrav, varvid ozonsatsningen vid ozonblekningen i det andra bleksteget är mindre än 8 kg/odt, företrädesvis mindre än 6 kg/odt. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, varvid en total väteperoxidsatsning i det första bleksteget (4; 14) är mindre än 40 kg/odt. Förfarande enligt något av föregående patentkrav, varvid, om det andra bleksteget (8) innefattar väteperoxidblekning, en total väteperoxidsatning i det första och i det andra bleksteget (4, 8; 14) är mindre än 40 kg/odt. Förfarande enligt något av föregående patentkrav, varvid massan förs till det första bleksteget (4; 14) med en konsistens på minst 30 %, företrädesvis inom ett intervall från 35-42 %. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1-5, varvid massan förs till det första bleksteget (4; 14) med en konsistens på 8-16 %, företrädesvis 10-12 %. Förfarande enligt något av föregående patentkrav, varvidd massan förs till det andra bleksteget (8; 18) med en konsistens på minst 30 %, företrädesvis inom ett intervall från 35-42 %. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1-7, varvid massan förs till det andra bleksteget (8; 18) med en konsistens på 8-16 %, företrädesvis 10-12 %. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 8, varvid färsk ozongas förs till, och motströms satsas till, ozonblekningen i det andra bleksteget (8; 18). Förfarande enligt något av föregående patentkrav, vidare innefattande förbehandling av massan mellan tvättningen och det andra bleksteget, varvid nämnda förbehandling innefattartillsättande av minst en syra för att reducera massans pH och/ellertillsättande av ett eller fler tillsatsmedel, vilka nämnda ett eller flera tillsatsmedel innefattar minst ett kelatmedel och/eller ett radikalfångande medel. Ett förfarande för produktion av blekt cellulosamassa från återvunnet textilmaterial som innnefattar cellulosa, vilket nämnt förfarande innefattar: - massakokning av det återvunna textilmaterialet för att erhålla cellulosamassa, och - blekning av cellulosamassan med användande av förfarandet enligt något av föregående patentkrav.
