Claims (18)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en tredimensionell formgjutenprodukt från cellulosafibrer, innefattande stegen: - tillhandahållande av ett cellulosafibermaterial innefattandecellulosamassa och mikrofibrillerad cellulosa (MFC), varvid nämndamaterial har en fast substanshalt mellan O,1-95 %; - tillhandahållande av ett formningsverktyg med en tredimensionellform innefattande en formningsyta, och föra nämnda formningsyta ikontakt med cellulosafibermaterialet; - presstorkning av cellulosafibermaterialet som kommit i kontaktmed formningsverktyget vid temperaturer >20°C till en torrhalt av minst70%, företrädesvis minst 80%; och - att ta bort det torkade skiktet från formningsverktyget för atterhålla den tredimensionella formade produkten, kännetecknad av att nämnda förfarande även innefattar stegen: - applicering av vattenhaltig metallsaltspray så att minst en yttre ytaav den erhållna tredimensionella formade produkten innefattar minst enmetallsaltjon som härrör från nämnda applicerade metallsaltspray; och - trycka ett mönster på nämnda tredimensionella gjutna produkt med användning av ett vattenbaserat bläck.
2. Förfarande enligt krav 1, varvid nämnda cellulosafibermaterial ären vattenhaltig komposition med en konsistens mellan 0,05-10 vikt-O/o,företrädesvis O,2-1,5 vikt-%, och varvid nämnda formningsverktygbringas i kontakt med nämnda vattenhaltiga komposition så att nämndaformningsyta på nämnda formningsverktyg täcks med ett vått lager avmassa från nämnda vattenhaltiga komposition, varefter lagret av massa som finns på formningsverktyget presstorkas och avvattnas.
3. Förfarande enligt krav 2, kännetecknat av att det påformningsverktyget närvarande massaskiktet avvattnas medelst presstorkning.
4. Förfarande enligt något av kraven 2-3, varvid det våta lagret av massa är 5-150 g /m2 i torrvikt.
5. Förfarande enligt något av kraven 2-4, varvid presstorkningutförs vid temperaturer >100 °C, företrädesvis vid temperaturer mellan120-250 ° C eller mer föredraget mellan 150-220 ° C .
6. Förfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat av attcellulosafibermaterialet är ett fiberbaserat arkmaterial med en fastsubstanshalt av 30-95 vikt-O/o.
7. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, varvid nämnda prägling utförs av något av bläckstråle-, flexografisk eller screentryck.
8. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, varvid präglingenutförs med användning av något av pigmentbaserat färgämnesbläck, anjoniskt färgämnesbaserat bläck eller hybridbläck.

Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, varvid nämndacellulosamassa är vald från den grupp som innefattar: trämassa, icke-vedmassa, oblekt kemisk massa, defibrerat fibermaterial, bagass, sugrör,bambu, gran CTMP, eukalyptus CTMP, gran HT CTMP, kraftmassa, sulfat,sulfit, PGW, GW, DIP, returpapper och kartong, utskott, RMP, TMP, CMP,CSP NSSC nanopulp, dissolving massa, och regenererade fibrer och blandningar därav.
10. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, varvid nämndametallsalt är valt från gruppen innefattande: CaCl2, Ca(OAc) 2 , MgCleller AICl3, eller blandningar därav.
11. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, varvid dosen av metallsalt är 1-50 kg/ton eller mer föredraget 5-35 kg/ton.
12. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, varvid sprayen äveninnefattar en eller flera ytterligare funktionella kemikalier valda frångruppen innefattande katjoniska polymerer, nanopigment, amfotära polymerer och anjoniska polymerer.
13. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, varvid nämndacellulosafibermaterial även innefattar en eller flera samtillsatser valda frångruppen som innefattar nanopartiklar, katjoniska betningsmedel,tvärbindare, nonjoniska polymerer såsom PVOH, PEG, katjoniskafyllmedel, pigment eller fyllmedel med stor yta, företrädesvis med en yta>10 g/m
14. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav, varvid nämnda MFC är anjonisk MFC, eller nativ MFC.
15. Förfarande enligt något av kraven 1-3 eller 5-14 , varvidytvikten hos den formade produkten är 5-450 gsm eller mer föredraget10-200 gsm.
16. Förfarande enligt något av föregående krav , varvid nämndaformade produkt innefattar en densitet mellan 350-1500 kg/m3,företrädesvis 400-1200 kg/m3 eller mest föredraget 500-900 kg/m
17. Tredimensionell formgjuten massastruktur tillverkad med hjälpav ett förfarande enligt något av kraven 1-16, innefattande en dos av metallsalt mellan 1-50 kg/tn, eller mer föredraget 5-35 kg/tn .
18. Tredimensionell formgjuten massastruktur innefattande mer änett skikt, varav åtminstone ett skikt är ett präglingsskikt erhållet medhjälp av en metod enligt något av kraven 1-16, vidare där nämndapräglingsskikt är anordnat som ett yttre skikt av nämnda flerskiktsstrukturoch innefattar en dos av metallsalt mellan 1-50 kg/ton, eller merföredraget 5-35 kg/ton _
