Turbinluftaren arbetar på följande sätt: Hela anordningen är nedsänkt i den vätska som skall behandlas.
Drivenheten 1 driver turbinhjulet 5 via axeln 2. Vätska sugs in i turbinhuset 4 och slungas ut mot periferin av hjulets 5 skovlar.
Det undertryck som uppstår suger ned luft genom luftanslutningen 3 till hjulets 5 inre och luften lämnar hjulet genom öppningarna i vingarna, blandas med vätskan och lämnar turbinen i form av mycket små bubblor.
För att minska problemet med att föroreningar, ansamlas på driv- axeln under turbinhjulet 5, anordnas ett separat pumphjul 6 på axeln ett stycke under turbinhjulet, utanför turbinhuset 4. Vid rotationen skapar hjulet 6 en strömning från axeln 2 och från inloppet till turbinhuset. Denna strömning för bort de grövre föroreningarna som kan förorsaka igensättning.
Pumphjulet 6 utformas lämpligen med bakàtsvepta skovlar för att minska risken för att fibrer skall fastna. Dessutom dimensioneras hjulet så att den utàtgående strömningen begränsas i förhållande till den inåtgående strömning som skapas av turbinhjulet 5. Dimen- sioneringen av hjulet 6 kan enligt uppfinningen även utnyttjas för att skapa lämpligt vatten/luftförhållande i turbinen 4. Ett kraf- tigare pumphjul medför sålunda en.minskad mängd vatten i förhållan- de till luftmängden i turbinen och vice versa. få
Claims (3)
1. PATENKRAV 1 Anordning vid dränkt turbinluftare av det slag som innefattar ett i ett turbinhus roterande turbinhjul, vars inre står i förbindelse med luften och som suger in omgivande vätska axiellt i turbinhuset för blandning med från turbinhjulet utströmmande luft, varvid vatten/luftblandningen avges i radiell riktning från turbinhuset, k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav, att ett yttre pumphjul (6) är anordnat pà turbinhjulets (5) drivaxel (2) före turbinhjulet sett i vätskans strömningsriktning, vilket yttre pumphjul skapar en tilläggsströmning bort från axeln (2) och inloppet till turbinhuset (4) för borttransport av föroreningar i vätskan.
2. Anordning enligt krav 1, k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav, att pumphjulet (6) är anordnat på en utanför turbinhuset (4) sig sträckande del av turbinhjulets (5) nav.
