Mellanskiktet av fibrer enligt uppfinningen förhindrar vid oskadad keramik en icke önskvärd kraftig värmeöverföring genom strålning och/eller konvektion. Vidare kan mellanskiktet övertaga en mjuk kraftöverföring till stödjande strukturer och utjämna värmeutvidgningsskillnader mellan keramik och eventuellt stödjande kärnor. Vid sprickbildning eller brott uppnås ett bättre felsäkerhetsförhållande, eftersom keramikfibrerna icke på långt när är sä känsliga mot den omgivande varma gasen som metalltrådar.
Ett lämpligt framställningsförfarande utmärker sig genom att fiberskiktet inlägges i en lerform innan den egentliga sintringen påbörjas.
Alternativt kan emellertid även fiberskíktet före isostatpress- ningen inläggas i en pressform och därefter inpressas i kerarnikmatrisen.
Som keramikfibrer kommer särskilt oriktade fiberskikt såsom filtmattor eller riktade fiberskikt ifråga (enriktad väv).
Genom uppfinningen utnyttjas sålunda för den egentliga kompo- nenten samt för komponentens förstärkning artbefryndade keramikmaterial, för att utjämna olika karaktäristik för materialen såsom är fallet vid den inledningsvis nämnda teknikens ståndpunkt. Den enligt uppfinningen framstäl- lda keramiska sammansatta komponenten har en enhetlig elasticitetsmodul.
Temperaturomradet vid användning är betydligt större än vid användning av metalliska förstärkningstrådar. Jämte den kemiska sintringsprocessen sker inga ytterligare kemiska reaktioner mellan de enskilda materialen. Värmeut- vidgningsskillnader mellan fiberskiktet och keramikmatrisen uppträder icke.
Därmed förbättras avsevärt genom uppfinningen särskilt felsäkerhetsförhål- landet mot katastrofala fel i komponenter (brott med lösa brottstycken).
Enligt uppfinningen framställda keramikkomponenter kan särskilt vara bränn- kammarrör och turbinskovlar, som i värme och/eller mekaniskt utsättas för kraftiga pakänningar.
Uppfinningen skall i det följande närmare beskrivas med hänvis- ning till bifogade ritning.
Fig. l visar en enligt uppfinningen framställd (enkel) keramikkomponent.
F ig. 2 visar en annan keramikkomponent med inlagt förstärkningsfiberskikt.
Den i fig. l visade keramikkomponenten innefattar en oförstärkt keramikmatris 1, som på sidan är belagd med ett fiberskikt av artbefryndad keramik. För framställning av komponenten anbringas keramikfiberskiktet 2, som kan vara en oriktat filtmatta eller ett riktat fibermaterial i form av en väv, på utgångskroppen. Genom det påföljande sintringsförloppet inträffar en 3 461 275 förening mellan keramikmatrisen 1 och förstärkningsfiberskiktet 2, varvid fiberskiktet icke fullständigt införas i keramikmatrisen (delvis homogen sinterförening). Den endast delvisa utbildade sinterföreningen mellan mate- rialen sörjer för att vid brott matrisen icke samtidigt utsättes för ett fiberbrott. Därigenom kan det artbefryndadegkeramiska fiberskiktet fungera som förstärkningsskikt i den egentliga utgàngskroppen av keramik.
Den i fig. 2 visade keramikkomponenten innefattar ett fiberskikt 2 av keramik, som före-sintringsförloppet är fullständigt infört i utgàngskrop- pen. Förstärkningsfiberskiktet 2 befinner sig sålunda mellan tvâ keramikskikt för att förstärka desamma.
Vid framställningen av keramikkompnnenterna kan fiberskiktet exempelvis inläggas i en lerform. Skiktet kan emellertid även före isostat- pressningen läggas och inpressas i pressformen Lex. pa en kärna.
