Description

453 141 Enligt uppfinningen ersätts den tidigare nämnda isolerande plattan av tvâ plattor 3 och 5. Den undre av dessa, plattan 3, sätts på plats och stiften l monteras på denna platta med hjälp av hållare 4. Plattan 3 och hàllaren 4 tjänar nu till att hålla stiften på plats under den fortsatta monteringen. Elmotorns uttagsledare, vilka förts upp genom plattan 3, ansluts sedan till stiften l i hålen 2. Överflö- diga ändar kapas och ledarna ordnas så att risk för klämning eller tvära höjningar elimineras. Därefter förs den övre plattan 5 ned över stiften¿ varvid plattans hål är något större än stiftens diameter~'för en enkel montering. En stöd- och avtätningshylsa 6 av isolerande material förs ned över varje stift l och skruvaas fast i plattan 5.
För att säkerställa en perfekt avtätning anordnas O-ringar 7 resp 8 mellan stiftet l och hylsan 6 resp mellan den senare och plattan 5. Eftersom hylsan 6 är utförd i iso- lerande material kan plattan 5 tillverkas i annat lämpligt material, exvis gjutjärn.
Plattan 5 skruvas därefter avtätat fast i kopplingshuset och en fullständigt tät uppdelning av huset har nu erhål- lits. Anslutningen av de inkommande ledarna till stiftens l övre del sker sedan pá vanligt sätt.
Den stora fördelen med anordningen enligt uppfinningen är sålunda att all anslutning och montering kan ske under full kontroll och någon risk för klämning eller otillåten böjning av ledarna uppkommer ej.

1. f* 453 141 PATENTKRAV l.Kopplingsplint för en dränkbar elmotor eller generator för anslutning av inkommande ledare där kopplingsutrymmet är avtätat uppdelat av en mellanvägg med genomgående kopp- lingsstíft, k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav, att kopplings- plinten innefattar två plattor (3) och (5), varvid kopp- lingsstiften (l) är anordnade på översidan av den mot el- motorn vända undre plattan_(3), att stiften är försedda med anslutningsorgan (2) för~ëlmotorns uttagsledare ovan- för plattan (3), att den övre plattan (5) är monterbar runt stiftens övre ändar och avtåtad gentemot stift och kopplingshus för uppdelning av detta i vätsketätt åtskil- da rum samt att stiftens ovanför plattan (5) belägna övre ändar är försedda med anslutningsorgan för inkommande mo- _torkabelledare.
2.Kopplingsplint enligt krav l, k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav, att hållare (6) är anordnade i genomföringen mel- lan stiften (l) och plattan (5), varvid avtätning sker medelst 0-ringar (7) resp (8) anordnade mellan stift och hållare respektive hållare och platta.
