Abstract
Uppfinningen avser ett förfarande för tillverkning av ett element av ett sintermaterial och det genom detta förfarande erhållna elementet. Denna tillverkning sker genom sintring av en pulverblandning. Denna innehåller ett första sinterpulver (1) och ett andra sinterpulver (2). Det första sinterpulvret innehåller antingen 16 - 99,97 vikt-% järn, 0 - 7 vikt-% kisel, 0 - 20 vikt-% krom och 0 - 50 vikt-% kobolt. Vidare innehåller det första sinterpulvret (1) 0,03 - 2,00 vikt-% kol och 0 - 5 vikt-% av ytterligare ämnen. Det andra sinterpulvret innehåller 0 - 90 vikt-% järn, 0 - 90 vikt-% kisel, 0 - 100 vikt-% krom, 0 - 100 vikt-% fosfor, 0 - 100 vikt-% molybden, 0 - 100 vikt-% volfram, 0 - 100 vikt-% titan, 0 - 100 vikt-% nickel, 0 - 100 vikt-% kobolt, 0 - 100 vikt-% svavel, 0 - 100 vikt-% kol och 0 - 5 vikt-% av ytterligare ämnen. Summan av beståndsdelarna i det första sinterpulvret (1) respektive i det andra sinterpulvret (2) uppgår till 100 vikt-%.
