Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بمجال تكرير الزيت، وتحديداً بمحفزات للحصول على أولفينات خفيفة light olefins. يشتمل المحفز المقترح لتكسير أجزاء الزيت على زيوليت zeolite ZSM-5 معدل بالفوسفور phosphorus ونسيج matrix، ويتميز بأن الزيوليت ZSM-5 له نسبة سيليكون silicon (Si)/ ألومينيوم aluminum (Al) تتراوح بين 40 و150، كما يحتوي على 1 إلى 4٪ بالوزن من الفوسفور، ومكونات النسيج المستخدمة هي أكسيد ألومينيوم aluminum oxide وطين بنتونيت bentonite clay، أو أكسيد ألومينيوم، طين بنتونيت وألومينوسيليكات غير متبلورة amorphous aluminosilicate، كما يحتوي المحفز على الكميات النسبية التالية من المكونات بالنسبة المئوية للوزن: 40 إلى 50 من زيوليت ZSM-5 معدل بالفوسفور؛ 15 إلى 25 من أكسيد ألومينيوم؛ 20 إلى 35 من طين بنتونيت؛ وصفر إلى 10 من ألومينوسيليكات غير متبلورة. يتم استخدام ما يلي بوصفه أجزاء الزيت: جزء جازولين للتقطير المباشر straight-run gasoline fraction 62 إلى 85°م، جزء بنقطة غليان أولية initial boiling point 70°م، زيت مكرر بالجازولين gasoline refined oil، وخلائط من الأجزاء المذكورة. وتتمثل النتيجة التقنية لذلك
