Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بنظام لتصنيع سلك مُلبد system for manufacturing of a sintered wire وتغذية موضعية in-situ feeding لنظام لحام أسلاك بالليزر laser wire welding system . يشتمل النظام على وعاء ضغط pressure vessel متصل بنظام تغذية بمسحوق powder feed system لتوصيل اثنين على الأقل من المساحيق إلى منطقة خلط مسحوق بوعاء الضغط. يتم خلط اثنين على الأقل من المساحيق من خلال مخروط دوار في وعاء الضغط. بعد الخلط، يقوم جهاز تسخين موجود داخل وعاء الضغط بتسخين الخليط بحيث يحدث تلبيد الطور السائل ويتم إنشاء قضيب مُلبد sintered rod is created . تتم التغذية بالسلك المُلبد باستمرار إلى نظام ترسيب معدني بالليزر وذلك لترسيب طبقة من المادة المضافة على المادة الأساسية. كما يتم تقديم طريقة للتصنيع بالإضافة أو الإصلاح لمكون سبيكة فائقة superalloy. شكل 1.
