Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة لتصنيع طلاء غير آلف للماء على سطح ركيزة صلبة يـحتوي على مادة ذات طبقات قابلة للتكامل تتضمن خطوات ترسيب طبقة قابلة للتحلل من المادة ذات الطبقات القابلة للتكامل على سطح الركيزة الصلبة، والدمج القسري لعدد وافر من الجسيمات داخل الطبقة القابلة لتغيير الشكل، وتحويل الطبقة القابلة لتغيير الشكل إلى الحالة الصلبة بما في ذلك الجسيمات العديدة بحيث تتكامل مع سطح الركيزة الصلبة. يتم غرس جزء على الأقل من الجسيمات العديدة عند عمق حدي داخل الطبقة القابلة لتغيير الشكل قبل التحويل إلى الحالة الصلبة. شكل 1.
