يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بجهاز إلكتروني (1) لضبط نظام حراري- مائع خاص بأحد المباني (65)، يشتمل على نظام تبريد/تدفئة (50، 54، 80، 82، 85) يحتوي على صمامات خلط (52، 52‘) تهيأ بحيث تتحكم في تدفق الماء البارد/الساخن في نظام التبريد/التدفئة المذكور (50، 54، 80، 82، 85)، ويشتمل الجهاز (1) على وحدة تحكم (2) تهيأ بحيث: تستقبل إشارة رئيسية (4) من نظام إدارة المبنى (56)؛ تستقبل إشارة مرجعية محددة مسبقا (6) تمثل المؤشر المرغوب به لذلك المبنى (65)؛ استقبال إشارات البيئة (8) من أجهزة استشعار البيئة الموضوعة داخل المبنى (56) ويتم تهيئتها بحيث تقيس المؤشرات البيئية في المبنى المذكور (56)؛ إصدار إشارة تحكم (10) باتجاه مشغل متصل بصمام الخلط ذي الصلة (52، 52‘) من أجل ضبط فتح وإغلاق هذا الصمام. شكل3.
