Abstract

dispositivo eletrônico (1) para regular um sistema termofluido para um edifício (56), que compreende um sistema de aquecimento/resfriamento (50, 54; 80, 82, 84, 85) que inclui válvulas de mistura (52, 52?) adaptadas para controlar fluxos de água quente/fria dentro do dito sistema de aquecimento/resfriamento (50, 54; 80, 82, 84, 85), sendo que dispositivo (1) compreende uma unidade de controle (2) adaptada para: - receber um sinal principal (4) de um sistema de gerenciamento de edifícios (56); - receber um sinal de referência predefinido (6) representativo de um parâmetro desejado para o edifício (56); - receber sinais ambientais (8) de sensores ambientais colocados no edifício (56) e adaptados para medir parâmetros ambientais do dito edifício (56);- emitir um sinal de controle (10) em direção a um atuador associado a uma respectiva válvula de mistura (52, 52?) a fim de modificar a abertura ou fechamento da mesma.
